I bought this weightlifting belt to help with a sore back. It worked better than most of the weaker, nylon ones for me because I could really cinch it up tight. I also had a problem with a hip being very painful when I walked, so I tried it around my hips to see if that worked. And it did. It pulled everything in tight and in it's proper position.

Functional and built like most other lifting belt
I love this belt. It fits nice and snug. I’ve always used Harbinger’s gloves During my workouts for years now. Had to try this belt out from loyalty alone. It holds up well during my workouts. Comfortable feel while wearing. Nylon material looks strong and sturdy. Like the black base color with the red Harbinger emblem.
Bought this belt when I first started weightlifting and I've been using it for years. It's a great all around belt for weightlifting, squatting and other strength exercises. It's light and compact but provides great support.
The Harbinger 4" nylon belt offers the best all around support for lifting while adjusting to the lifter's body. It doesn't have to be "broken in", and, no matter how short (or how short the space between hips and lower ribs) the lifter is, it doesn't cause any discomfort or damage to the ribs and hips, as is frequently the case with tough, thick leather belts. The velcro covers a wide enough area to secure the belt in place and it won't come off, no matter how heavy the lift is.
Very comfortable, and easy to adjust, for any item in its price range.
Easily adjustable and gets the job done, great for heavy deadlift and squat.
The belt i bought was to support my lower back,When working at my job.
The belt is easy to use. ie to wear it around. May be just a tad pit hard!( I wonder if it was beveled/ curved in the rear back, so as to sit well in the lower back n top of the Glutes)
