Needed gloves to reduce calluses as I would continue getting builders cracks (cuts on the inside of the palm right in the knuckle area of the joint) that can take weeks to heal. I also have large hands so finding any kind of gloves that fit is rare. These were very well priced, and actually fit ok (xxl). Not to mention delivered during covid lockdown, my workouts at home continue. Been about 2 weeks now and they are just what I needed. Should have got 2 because I can never find gloves that fit me.

Cheap weight training gloves that are comfortable and fit my extra large hands. They are well padded and last about 4-5 months with washing. I have gone through approx 6 pairs of these gloves over the past 3-4 years of regular (3-4 times per week) weight training and always go back to this brand due to the fit (XL) and price AUD25. They can handlke going through the wash approx 3 times before they dry out too much and the leather splits. I have had the odd pair where the stitching has come apart within the fisrt month and I returned them to Rebel Sports where they gladly exchanged them for me.

Actually I use these fingerless gloves to protect my hands in daily life. I have big hands to start with, but Dupuytren's Disease has left me with contracted fingers, and palm nodules, so I need the size Men's XL. The gloves keep my hands warm, and the bit of padding reduces the stress on them when I, say, use anything with a handle, open a jar, grab a railing, or push off something to stand up. My hands don't hurt so much, and my finger contractions aren't worsening noticeably, so I'm happy with the gloves. Now if only they came in other colours.... A medium grey would be nice.

Use these in the gym for a few months and if you sweat they start to stink really bad over time. Washed by hand, air dried, dried in drying machine, left outside to ventilate and nothing works. Need to replace these with something else or I stink at the gym.
I bought these gloves to keep my hands from getting calluses from weight lifting and they work great. I tried on a few styles in store and the more expensive styles had much thicker padding on the palms and more wrist coverage, both of which I did not want. These gloves have minimal padding, fit well and do the job. The minimal padding gives me a more natural hand grip, which I like. If you just want hand protection and better grip then these gloves are perfect for the job.
Have always bought the same brand and size but my recent purchase had to be in a larger size as the usual size felt odd. In spite of that the large size was also tight and clearly defective in construction. Made my hands black and blue where the seams ran. Took them back got zero help from the young gentlemen at the store who know nothing about the products nor do they care...exchanged for another pair that are OK but still not comfortable (this is not a matter of breaking them in as they’re not my first pair). Was told if there are more problems call the company not us! Horrible experience at premium prices that’s DICK’S for you.
These gloves have nice thick padding over the palm area, which makes them perfect for workouts wher you have to push a lot of weight such as benchpress or parallel bars dips. However the fingers lengths are not the ideal length for workouts involving grabbing/pulling a lot of weight such as pull-ups or dumbell curls; in this case the fingers are too short and their edge dig into my fingers.
The ends of the half fingers kept folding inside creating pressure points that made it rather painful do any pulling lifts - when the idea was to make it more comfortable to lift. The stitching came apart at multiple places on both gloves. Had to throw them away after three months. The fabric and leather seemed to be decent quality, but the construction ruined these gloves. Despite the low price, you can get better gloves for less money. My last gloves, which were cycling gloves, lasted 8 years of regular lifting and mountain biking.
Bought the XL size as I have large-ish hands and wanted to err on the side of caution. While the palm size is fine, I felt that the gloves don't reach far up enough my fingers and as a result end up feeling a little restrictive and uncomfortable - this also seems to affect the stitching and the shape of the glove over use. The wrist strap seems to favour larger wrists too, so keep that in mind when purchasing for larger hands. I have noticed some fraying in the stitching, mainly along the thumbs, despite only using the gloves for a week.While overall effective at what they're designed to do, and not extremely expensive, the overall quality and sizing of the product does leave a little to be desired. Given the choice of a strong 3 or a weak 4, I'd give them a weak 4.
Best gloves for the money. Bought my first pair in store so I could try them on. I am a 5'5" 135lb woman with average size hands for my height and weight. The medium fits perfectly. Very good material. No more calluses from lifting weights! Like them so much I bought three more pairs!
