This product comes with all instructions and easy to assemle. Once assembled it is easy to fit in any standard door frame. It can also cope with heavy weights. An added benefit is that it is a multi-use product and can use it for 3 other exercises. Highly recommend this product.

Awesome piece of equipment. Easy to use on a door frame and leaves no marks, which I did have a concern about. Assembly was relatively easy, although I did get carried away with tightening the plastic top section and cracked it a bit. Backed off the tension and all is good. Purely my fault. Love the multiple grip points to practice pull ups, chin ups or the 90 degree grip. Would recommend this product to anyone wanting to get into chin-ups/pull-ups. Well worth the money.

Works perfectly. The fit is great, over a month in and no damage can be seen on the door frame. Would be good if the door jam anchor was also padded so it wouldn't damage timber flooring when used for push ups. Also great to double up as a clothes hanger....
I’ve only had this a few days and so far so good. There were no reviews up for this one so I though I’d give a preliminary verdict. The product seems well built and sturdy .. fits easily into/onto the door frame and no problem holding my weight (150 ) … The grips don’t roll and its nice having the option of a wider grip. Too bad as with all things assembled these days they have allen key bolts and screws .. you might have to tighten these every now and then. I hate them but what can you do … The instructions are a little goofy … put the grip bar sides all together first before trying to put the screws in. Also I got to the end and then it said “tighten with Allen Keys “ … and I couldn’t find any in the box. I didn’t want to go back all the way to my Canadian Tire ... I bought this because it had good reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. Very secure so far, has not marked the doorway and I’m a renter so very happy. There is a safety hook to put in the top of door frame so it doesn’t slip off. As long as you use it sensibly and not jump to grab it you shouldn’t have any issues whatsoever. I also hang stretchy bands off it to use it for other exercises like tricep pull downs.
Overall, this pull-up bar looks like a well-made product. However, the top brace has a complex shape of a bar with angled standoff arms, sort of like \-----/ . The vertical brackets are attached to the arms. When the equipment is used, the force on the arms makes the bar slightly bend, which in turn creates pressure points at the corners of the bar (where the arms begin). Because the weight is not distributed along the bar, this extra pressure in the corners becomes so high, it damages the drywall above the door. A correct design would be to make the top brace wider so that it extends beyond attachment points of the vertical brackets. In order to avoid further damage to the drywall, I had to replace the top brace with the one from my old pull-up bar.
A lot of chin up bars either: a) assemble poorly and are wonky b) damage your doorframe c) don't feel sturdy This is none of them. It is solidly engineered and stays in place. You are putting your body weight on a chin up bar, make sure you can trust it. I am 100kg and I trust this, having used it for ~1 month now). Best COVID lockdown purchase I have made. The grips are also nice, and having a multitude of hand placement locations, it means you can easily switch up your workout.
