An amazing product, truly are premium lights. Strong, sturdy, and mind-blowingly bright. I also had very satisfying communication with Hardkorr, as the lights were out of stock when I'd originally ordered them. Kept me in the loop all the way and delivery was lightning fast once they'd arrived. Wouldn't look past these guys with any camping lighting requirements. They only stock premium stuff that is very competitively priced.

Bought this BZR-X kit recently directly from HK Lighting, then had them professionally installed by one of Hard Korr's stockists in Melbourne - one of their representatives. The lights are great, but the wiring kit supplied isn't - the Hard Korr stockist threw it out and used a "professional wiring kit, rather than the DIY kit supplied". The Melbourne stockist did an excellent job and was very professional and I am extremely pleased with the stockists work and the lights. However, I took up the matter of having to purchase a wiring kit with the lights with Hard Korr and asked for a refund for that component given it was thrown out. HK gave a very blunt and short response and didn't address that refund issue at all. I even suggested they would be better off selling ... Fantastic lights, but one star off for having to buy lesser quality wiring with the lights, and two stars off for very bad customer service attitude from Hard Korr. If you are in Melbourne, I highly recommend you buy these lights from HS Motors and have them install them - avoid Hard Korr directly due to their customer relations attitude. I also note another similar review regarding the wiring harness. Get the message Hard Korr! I have given you positive reviews where justified, and critical ones also when warranted.

Fairly happy with the 7" lights. Very bright, decent throw on the straight. May try the blue covers as glare can be harsh off yellow or white rod signs. Not as much spread as the sales guy I dealt with at a chain 4WD store inferred there would be. So doing windy roads can be a bit frustrating as the next corner isn't illuminated as well as you would like. (Lots of windy roads in Tas!)Installation was reasonably straight forward, the harness had plenty extra on the light side of the relay which had to be tucked away. As others have noted the switch did not fit. Had to shell out another $30 for a Prado specific one. The DRLs took a little bit of stuffing around to find the right fuse, ended up using the power outlets fuse in the cabin fuse box. The inclusion of 2 of ... MoreFairly happy with the 7" lights. The inclusion of 2 of each type of fuse could be handy - Prado ones do not fit the piggy back adapter. They look pretty good on the car and the DRLs are a nice touch. Maybe could have squeezed the 9" in the bull bar...

These lights are brilliant, haven't had the chance to adjust them properly yet as you need a long stretch of road in front of you. The DRL are great and look so good, they persuaded me to purchase this product and couldn't be happier. Just have to be careful when adjusting the screws that they come with, easy to strip if your not careful. I didn't use the harness that they come with because I already had spotlight on the vehicle, it's pretty easy to run the white DRL wire to a seperate relay then that can run off your parking lights, so when your parking lights turn on the DRL will turn off, but be aware that this can cause issues with dimming lights on the dash such as an aftermarket stereo.
Your web site did not mention anything about these lights being able to peel paint off a garage wall at 20m !!!! Seriously strong. These were shipped to me in Dubai (via a freight forwarder) and I used them for the first time last weekend. A 30 minute off-road track for a weekend of camping. My previous lights were LED H1 units fitted into Hella Luminator heads. They were ok, but the light was not uniform.Your units illuminate perfectly uniform. They are far stronger than what I need for 99% of the time. However, when driving on an un-lit tarmac road on the way to the off-road track, the 1% came into use. Full illumination of the entire road - changing night into day.
Quality product. Delivery was fast and fitting was relatively easy. Lights didn't work when first turned on, then they did, but with a lot of rechecking everything I eventually discovered the piggyback wiring harness supplied had an intermittent open circuit. Probably just a one off and I knew it would be replaced under warranty but the local auto electrician gave me a replacement harness free of charge that day and they work perfectly. Brilliant lighting and a very sturdy well made product that I would highly recommend. They came on sale at a much reduced price shortly after my purchase which was disappointing but they are still a great product.
I have used more than a dozen different types of high powered (old style) filament spotlights since the 70s, for country driving use. These new Korr 7" BZR-X LED spotlights are absolutely PHENOMINAL,I could turn on every one of my old style spotlights at the same time, and they would not even come close to giving the superb visual clarity, balanced spread of light and exceptional distance of coverage, of these Korr 7" spotlights.I have just finished a 4 month outback NSW and QLD trip, these lights spot the roos and other wildlife clearly at 400m (line of sight) tar or dirt roads. The side illumination from 20m to 300m and beyond is incredible, especially it also lights up the trees, which gives a great advanced understanding of what the road is like a really ... Even my Wife loves them, and she did not want me to buy them.! LOL : ) : )
purchased these lights as I changed my bullbar and the old lights ARB intensity LEDs did not fit. These lights are about 1/4 of the price of the lights they are replacing and provided a much better light output. Highly recommend these lights.Easy to fit, excellent harness
Excellent light! Good spread, good range, relatively easy to fit if you've got a bit of nous. The supplied harness is not set up for negatively switching which may cause some head scratching. Wouldn't mind a lower kelvin light around 5000k. Otherwise, very happy. The daytime running lights are a good feature thought I couldn't care less about the start up pattern, I can't see it ha ha. (the spread is a little more smooth than the pictures show)
I recently purchased a set of Hardkorr BZR-X 7" spotlights...I was actually amazed at how nice everything was packaged, and how everything that I might have needed was supplied...The headlights are nice and robust and fitted easily after drilling 2 holes...The loom seems to be very good quality and almost too long for my needs. The instructions were simply enough to help with the install...Although I am a bit useless with electrics I did manage to solve the fuse section which was not so clear to me...However the lights work great, I love the start-up pattern and will test properly once we are in the sticks...
