I had my eye on this kettle for a while, finally took the plunge & wasn't disappointed. Delivery was swift, as is normal from Alternative Brewing, and the kettle lives up to expectations, and it feels and look of premium qulaity. With a large flat base, the kettle boils quickly, and the clever hole in the lid to insert a food thermometer allows precise temperature control to make the perfect brew the way you like it, and the gooseneck spout allows a more careful pour.
