Ordered 2 pairs of flip flops the same size. One pair fits fine and the second pair are 2cm shorter and too small. Reported to customer services, no reply. Have chased by email once a week since and still no reply. Absolutely dreadful service. I am not chasing this any more, I have just paused all future Klarna payments until Havaianas sort this out.
Ordered 2pairs of sliders which were great the flip flops terrible the strap was pulled through from the bottom of the sole as the hole was too big.
The size for this sandal seemed to be okay for my partner, unlike my other sandals! Bought it on sale but I think they are a bit over priced in general!!
They where out of shape and had makes on the sole ( obviously not the underside). So I sent them back which I was charged for. It seems to me when a product is on offer it’s not worth purchasing as it always seems to have something wrong with it
Wrong size sent. Sent 43-44 when wanted 41-42. Very disappointed son. Bought for his birthday and too big
