Terrible quality. I assembled tall boy and was half way though. This piece felt apart and I got really hurt. Its so thin and wobbly it’s impossible to assemble without being hurt. I’m in my way tomorrow to find a solution. I managed to assume other items and they were wobbly too. But this particular piece is just made of very thin pieces of wood. I definitely wish I didn’t buy it.

Looked good when we eventually got it together but it required a trip to bunnings after the supports snapped while tipping it upright. Some lugs snapped in half and the plastic plugs tore bigger holes as they ripped out so we got some epoxy glue to get them back in. The covering that gives it the wood look is thinner than paper and was peeling off one of the side posts so we had to glue that back on as well. Would have returned it to the store for a replacement if we didn't live 5 hours out of the city. Still much cheaper than the alternatives, it works and looks pretty good in the end.
Love the style and colour.A little disappointed with the materials used for the tallboy. A little cheaper than what I thought especially while assembling.The build of the tallboy could be better or better quality material used so its not so fiddly/flimsy during the assembling process
This product is very cheaply designed. The back is a flexible piece of material that slots inside. The instructions were difficult at times. When constructing the shelves a piece of the wood broke off for the drawer, lucky we were able to fix it. Its definitely not worth the money. It's also a little flimsy. Plus sides it looks good, decent size and also came with an attachment to secure to the wall if needed.
Very impressed with the service of the Tuggerah team from the shop to the pick up area.The packages were all in great condition, the parts and instructions were all there and in great order, the sizing were all exactly as stated online /boxes and the finish of the Tallboys is great.Our bedroom storage area looks nothing short of functional and fantastic very happy with the total outcome.I would highly recommend Fantastic Furniture to everyone as the easiest flat packs you can get with great instructions.
The colour was what was required and expected.The look of the tall boy was very good and blended in with my other furniture in the room and the style was excellent.The materials were od poor quality and the wrong type to use for this type of furniture as it split when screws were inserted to attach drawer slides and the veneer finish also chipped away in those areas. the drawers do not slide correctly compared to other furniture I have purchased from you.Overall I'm was very disappointed in the product
Too many pieces to have to put together . Very very thin cheap particle board - this won’t last more than a year in real use ! Had extra screws and wooden plugs to the total contents of at least two packets. and the diagram is incorrect ! Also had two parts without any number stickers on them. Very time consuming to put together- it’s nice enough but would not withstand anyone greatly the drawers with anything but very gentle opening and closing. Save your money buy a better quality.
We already had one which we bought a few years ago. So when we got married and I moved in we needed another one for my clothes. Easy to put together with simple instructions, you can’t go wrong. We are very happy with it. Because we already had one, I purchased it online. I selected click and collect and all I had to do was pick it up and put it together. It didn’t take me long to do it. We are very happy with it!
