Came in a box all we had to do was cut the plastic and it bounced right on out. Very comfortable for our daughter. Delivery was a little delayed but overall great buy.

So comfortable! Can't feel any springs. . nice and padded.
The mattress wobbles really bad and the springs make noises that echo through the mattress and my son can't sleep on it. Emailed the email provided but haven't heard anything back.
