A sturdy hitch and fitted well to my Prado. The packaging indicates that both ball and hitch are rated as 3500kgs. I find it reassuring that it's rated 1000kgs higher than my cars maximum tow capacity. I replaced the ball with a McHitch pin for a camper trailer and that works well.

Repco said it would fit an 08 hilux however it doesn’t. Completely understand one would view this as a universal fit, however the lock that goes over the pin contacts the tow pack and she needs about 2 or 3mm more room to fit. Unfortunately can’t make use of the locking pin and have to stick with the original.

Fit to MKII Ranger perfectly, will just need to cut 30mm off end (ford just have to be difficult) due to hole not lining up. Snug fit, good welds, recommend.

I purchased this new tow ball, hitch and locking pin combo to replace my existing setup on my car.Tow hitch fits perfectly - rattles slightly but no biggie with minor adjustments.The one disappointment I had was that only the standard size locking pin was provided, making it too short to fit through and properly lock the hitch.I would have thought it would be common sense to supply the extra long locking pin with the 3500kg hitch combo?So I basically needed to use my existing rusty Hayman Reese extra long locking pin to properly secure the new hitch, which was a bit of a let down, otherwise, this would have been a 5/5 rating.
Bought this to replace original that was stolen from my car by some low life. Did internet research and it was noted as being suitable for my car. When fitting it, tongue was too long and was required to attend an engineering works to have it trimmed to enable fit. The actual tow ball was not suited to my caravan coupling as it is not fully round. The issues I encountered are with the product, not Super Cheap
Fantastic bit of kit - comes complete with the mount, a 50mm towball and lockable hitch pin. Have already towed a loaded car trailer and 12x6 furniture trailer with ease. Brilliant product and great value.
Great product and value for money. Tow bar it's self is great but locking pin started rusting within 2 weeks. Was a bonus item anyway as happy with a normal pin. Just hope rust doesn't prevent operation.
Appears to be a good product. Fits 50mm trailers and comes with a lock. It would turn someone off stealing but if wanted they could steal. One with lock and another without, hopefully they would go with the no lock. Not bad price, ball Mount, ball and lock for one price. Pretty good
Bought this hitch for my Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ and the quality seems excellent. For perfect, while I didn't end up using the lockable pin it operates nice and smooth with the key. Good value at REPCO too.
My first ranger has a ford factory towbar kit installed. It has a solid plate at the end of the square tube, as a result of this it will not accept a Hayman Reece square tube 2500kg as the locking pin does not line up to secure the tow hitch. It would be good to let staff know about this difference.I will add it was not your staff member fault as we both assume a standard size fit.
