Head refused to replace it, even though they admitted there was no misuse. I picked up tennis over 3 months ago (played a little as a kid) and demo'd a few rackets. I love this racket. Great for a beginner moving up to advanced beginner. It's light and it feels like I have control over the ball. Super happy with this purchase and speedy delivery from HEAD.

Really great racket, the grip feels great, Swinging it feels amazing. Only downfall is the grip gets dirty quite quick. But what do you expect it’s white.
