I purchased not expecting any improvement plus bracing myself for the taste to 'hit' me, as I'd heard it was an acquired taste. WOW was I wrong. It is now my morning and night ritual to make my single pot of fresh Mullein Tea (equal parts black tea to Mullein). Adds a beautiful flavour to my fave Aussie black lose leaf label . So enjoyable! Enjoyed slowly and savored, it has become my 'me time' with benefits. After 10 years of living with diagnosed 'dust on lungs' (home renos kid)and surviving 3 pneumonia, I am now breathing and feeling so much better overall. During the day I take my Mullein caps with cuppa at work. Oh, and the packet has lasted well. Value for money..
