Healthy Origins Seleno Excell Selenium - 200 mcg - 180 Capsules

Personally, I feel this form (Seleno Excell) of Selenium from Yeast is the best. So this is the one I use. One 200 mcg. capsule daily. There are a number of touted Selenium products out there, and they all deliver the goods. Swanson also has Seleno Excell under their label.I have tried several forms. Still, I much prefer my Selenium to come from Yeast. I give Selenium Yeast to my show horses, too. I must really believe in it.

Great value of a needed supplement

Found out selenium deficiency is pretty prevalent with diet these days. Researched supplements and this one I like as it is non-gmo and you get a good value. These smell good in the bottle as well.

Healthy Origins Seleno Excell

I have thyroid issues and selenium was suggested as an essential supplement for thyroid health. I purchased Seleno Excell Selenium (No Fillers) 200 mcg by Healthy Origins because it had excellent reviews and so I would have supplemental selenium on hand for when I run out of Brazil nuts, which I was buying regularly, in order to eat a few each day. I still love Brazil nuts and buy them on occasion, but I feel satisfied that this product is helpful in at least the same way, if not more so.

I do like this product

Not much to say about Selenium it self. I take it because its good for me. I always choose this brand because it doesnt have any fillers or unnecessary ingredients like so many other brands. So i totally recommend this product. Its rare to find a company that doesnt add a bunch of unnecessary ingredients to their product and this is a good price too.

Ingredients Changed

While the label looks the same, the ingredients have changed. The first bottle only had SelenoExcell Selenium and Gelatin. Now there is 5 additional ingredients.I look for vitamins with the least fillers and un-needed ingredients. These pills are 2 or 3 times larger than the capsules.I will be looking for a new vitamin.

Ingredients wrong website picture of bottle

This product's other ingredients, when looking at the website, state: Gelatin (capsule), however when I received my bottle, the ingredients state: Gelatin (capsule), Microcrystalline cellulose. I would not have bought this product knowing it had Microcrystalline cellulose. I would have specifically NOT bought it knowing it had this ingredient. When I buy supplements, I specifically look for products with none of these junk fillers.

So helpful

Im a Thyroid patient and sometimes my medication doesnt work well. Means Im getting muscle pain or dont have much energy. Together with selenium the Thyroid medication is being absorbed so much better and all the pain is gone. For everyone feeling tired almost all day this is highly recommended.
