I've been taking D3 5,000 IU's daily for year's.I found 10,000 IU's available, did not know they existed, Very pleased!D3 is recommended for bone's & immunities which is perfect with these newPope Fauci Liberal Pandemic scare tactics. This keeps me from the vaccine line.

I bought it because it says it is from lamb wool, the real thing!!!! Very good but essential with this high dose to take vitamin K2 along with it, you don't want to harm your body on the long term...This product is different from other product claiming their product is vitamin D3. Check what is it extracted from!

Excellent high potency supplement

I really like these. I notice no weird smells or aftertastes, and the high potency is very convenient and needed in the gray, cloudy town I live in as winter draaaags on. When you look at the potency and the number of pills you get, you really can't do any better on value! Make sure you take the appropriate amount of Vitamin K2 and magnesium with it for proper absorption. I notice a definite difference in my skin and energy levels when I take them.

Good value for higher dose Vitamin D

I'm a male, late 50's. Have been taking Vitamin D3 by Healthy Origins for over 6 months, getting good results. I appreciate getting a larger dose soft gel, 10,000 IU, for vitamin D3 supplementation. Healthy Origins is a reputable manufacturer of quality supplements. Just about everyone should be supplementing Vitamin D3. I'm deficient in Vitamin D levels (most people are it seems) so I supplement with these, 2-3 soft gels per day taken with a fat (Krill oil) and protein to help the soft gels absorb properly. Taking these help lessen deep bone pain, arthritis symptoms/pain and depression/brain fog symptoms, head sweating for no reason. This is an essential supplement for me.

Great Supplement for Mood and Body

I started taking Vitamin D during the winter months only and have stuck by this brand, its clear simple and good quality. Since taking it throughout the last year, partly to strengthen my immune system, Id say its helped my mood, as a supplement you dont notice your immune system change, but you take this as you understand the mechanisms at play and trust the science is sound. Therefore as a product youre mostly hoping for a reputable company with the right balance of value and potency.

Great value when higher dosage is needed

I have been purchasing the 10,000 IU gels for a few years now. When we have the need of implementing a high D3 protocol during illness or for improving blood levels, these make it so much easier than counting out tiny caps of lesser potency. The Swanson caps are a better price overall and I keep a stock of both, but for times when a higher dosage is needed these are a super value, especially when you get them during a sale.Thank you Swanson for providing valuable products and excellent service.

I have taken this brand and dosage of D3 for several years and rate it highly. My D levels are good but not too high. I am a nutritionist and have researched D supplements and tried many. This one is my favourite by far. It doesnt cause any stomach distress or aftertaste. It was easy to place the order and it arrived promptly. I highly recommend this company and this supplement.

High dose, good quantity for great price

Myself: 35/m. I was not able to carry heavy weights (6 bags of groceries, 3 each on my shoulder) or have my 2 year old sit on my shoulder. If I do, I will get really bad wry neck. I have been using this brand since 2012 self experimenting for my Leukaemia and yes it had been very effective getting my 25(oh)D3 levels to my high levels needed to reverse my lymphocytes while I find the real cause of my lymphocyte responses. I bought this product because it contains no fillers or weird ingredients. I've been using it for quite a while and I have no complains about it. Recent blood tests confirm that my Vitamin D levels are in the higher range, which is optimal for a good health. When I feel a cold coming all I have to do is take 5 pills a day for 5 days instead of one pill a day, and the symptoms become very mild. Vitamin C and Zinc complete the combo.
