This was an unexpectedly good hot sauce. I usually put it on breakfast items as I feel I get more of the flavor that way. It has a little bit of a smokey taste that goes really well with a breakfast sandwich of any kind. Love this sauce on eggs. Has just enough kick to get you the flavor without having to wait for your mouth to stop burning. Will definitely buy again!

Hands down the best hot sauce I've ever had. I order 2 bottles at a time. Almost done with my 4th bottle. It's quite a bit hotter than any store brand sauce. But still tame enough to use as a dip for pizza or make wings with. No capsasin extract or junk to make it burn your mouth off. Just a consistent and tolerable heat. Warning always shake the bottles if you don't the tail end of the bottle will be way hotter than the rest

The flavor of this sauce makes me think of Mexican food. The "Chipotles in adobo" ingredient is likely the main reason. It's very tasty but just a little too hot for me. I want to put twice as much sauce on each bite to get the amount of flavor I want, but that's too hot, for my breakfast burrito anyway, which has some hot peppers cooked into it. The flavor makes me think this sauce would be good all over a dish like enchiladas. One other problem with this sauce is the bottle. While the squeeze bottle technology is nice, the size of the nozzle is too small for some of the solid pieces in the sauce, causing blockage. Squeezing harder clears the blockage but can cause too much sauce to be dispensed.

Delicious taste love it a lot but for some reason when I opened it up it sprayed out like pressure was built up and got in my eyes. Otherwise it would be 5 starts not sure what would cause that. Almost went to the hospital but I’m sure it’s nothing different than regular pepper spray. Would recommend though
Omg this is on the top end of my list. The flavor comes through even when you feel like you are about to die a little. Used on nuggets and kept going and it just builds and builds. I love the thickness of the texture. So many of the sauces are thinner. This one holds up. Also great for cooking in sauces and bases for things and marinades. Gives really great depth and heat.
I love superhots and handle them well. But other times you want something with less kick so that you can really slather it on. However, some sauces that you slather on don't really have enough kick to satisfy the spiciness level for those of us that love the really hot stuff. This is that perfect middle ground. It's gonna be quite hot especially for those that don't love spicy stuff, but for those that do this still packs a decent enough punch, but isn't a superhots so you can lay it on thick. Plus the sauce is sooooo flavorful. I'm assuming it's the chiles in adobo and other spices combined but my God this really is one of the tastiest hot sauces I've ever had, plus squirt bottle. I'd highly recommend it
Got this lovely gem in the September subscription box. This sauce is, in a word, perfect. The flavor is complex and the definition of umami. The texture is silky. The heat level is perfect for an everyday sauce. My bottle is almost empty. I’ve been using it on everyyyyyything. Try this on some poached eggs on top of a good hash. Life changing.
I ordered a random set of 5 bottles to start, and this was one of my selections. Turns out it's also one that I'll order again and again. I put it on everything - pizza, tacos, eggs, chicken, etc. Adds just the right amount of heat and flavor for my taste. I think I tend more toward the tangy/vinegary spice, and this hits that mark for me, as opposed to the sweeter spice (Caribbean style sweet).Highly recommend trying this one out!
The sauce is no joke; really brings the pain on the back end, but still maintains some great flavour. You get the vinegar and garlic up front, but it's not overpowering. I didn't get much chipotle but there's some nice smoke in there as well. Will set your @$$ on fire. Will buy again.
Heartbeat is one of the best sauce makers right now and this is a prime example of their skill and ability to bring balance with flavors. The scorpion pepper is used with care and doesn't incinerate your body on contact (insert Mustafar joke if desired). The chipotles in adobo add great texture to the sauce with the beets. I hate beets with a passion only equaled by Anakin's hatred of sand, but they managed to change my mind. I can't say enough about this sauce except that it came in the September box and I am out already. We should all support squeeze bottle technology, it's so much cleaner and the bonus of being able to draw on your food never hurt.
