Excellent quality product

Mounting under a veranda - mounting bracket does not allow for horizontal mounting - it's either slightly up or slightly down

Good for over outdoor seating area but one will not give enough heat and need at least two with extend fixtures to make lower for the space I required it in

Heater looks great we possibly could have done with a higher watt but we are happy with our purchase

Great item but misled when buying

Two 2400W heaters purchased following an online chat confirmed they come with remote controls supplied, unfortunately this was not true and subsequently cost an extra $400 for two remote controls required. Very upsetting as this should have been made clear in the information and I feel totally misled into buying them after the online staff member told me they would be included - I would not have spent this amount on the heaters if I had known.
