Heinz Tomato Ketchup 2.15L

I like ketchup, but it's not exactly my favorite condiment, I always find myself reaching for something else over it. That being said, this ketchup blew me away, and it's easily the best I've ever had. It just tastes like classic Heinz with an extra vinegary kick. But that one change makes a huge difference, this stuff is bold and flavorful and a near-perfect french fry condiment. I don't think you have to be a huge pickle fan to like this - the taste is definitely there, but it's not like you're drinking straight-up pickle juice. If anything, this ketchup smells and vaguely tastes like McDonald's. Not any specific item from McDonald's, but just the basic idea of McDonald's. If you add some of this stuff and some rehydrated bottled onions to a frozen cheeseburger, I'm positive it'll taste exactly like a McDouble. It's a classic flavor that really works, and it's a huge step up from standard ketchup, which tastes bland and mediocre in comparison. I really hope this stuff sticks around as a permanent flavor, it's just fantastic. My one little criticism is that it's noticeably more watery than standard ketchup, but this isn't a problem once you shake the bottle up. So I can wholeheartedly recommend this stuff, whether you like ketchup/pickles or not.

With the trusted quality of Heinz products, you can count on the picnic pack to enhance the taste of your favorite foods. It's the perfect solution for adding a touch of flavor to your outdoor dining experience. Heinz Ketchup is the tastiest and best ketchup I have ever found for my hot dogs and french fries. My adult children still use it on eggs and fried potatoes and anything else that they can think of that ketchup would be good on. I love to see my grandchildren eat a hot dog with the Heinz Ketchup because they always overdo the Ketchup, because they love it so much, that it squishes out of the hot dog all over their adorable faces and sometimes into their laps or on their shirts. Heinz Ketchup has the distinct flavor of spiciness that just makes it great for potatoes whether raw, fried with onions, french fried or hash browned. My family only chooses the Heinz brand of ketchup as it has the best flavor overall. We love the "Chicago" style hot dogs and it just wouldn't be a hot dog or a hamburger without the great taste of Heinz. We would never expect less from Heinz and aren't willing to substitute it with another brand of ketchup because we all love the tangy, thick and spicy taste of Heinz and anything else would just be a let down. Give your family the great taste of Heinz Ketchup. If you haven't tried it yet, you will be pleasantly surprised.⁩

For someone who loves cooking and experimenting with new recipes like me, this product from Influenster is truly a fantastic gift, especially it came in the weekend when my spouse and I often bond over cooking together. We used the New Heinz Pickle Ketchup to make three favorite dishes (spaghetti, mini hamburgers, sweet and sour fish balls). All three dishes turned out really delicious. The New Heinz Pickle Ketchup is truly a wonderful combination that exceeded my expectations. I have to say that my family is a fan of Heinz. Whenever we need to buy ketchup or mustard, whether it's me or my husband doing the shopping, we just need to go to the condiment aisle, see the Heinz label, pick it up, and put it in the cart without hesitation or comparison because we have ... MoreFor someone who loves cooking and experimenting with new recipes like me, this product from Influenster is truly a fantastic gift, especially it came in the weekend when my spouse and I often bond over cooking together. The taste of Heinz ketchup is always bright, tangy, with a ripe tomato aroma, rich, not overly sweet, with a texture that's neither too thick nor too thin, suitable for both dipping and cooking. I think with their traditional ketchup like now, Heinz would continue to be the king of ketchup, but then they introduced New Heinz Pickle Ketchup - a queen, LOL. The texture of this product is similar to traditional ketchup, while the flavor is enhanced with the addition of pickle, which increases the tanginess of the ketchup in a very pleasant and balanced way. I guess most people enjoy pickles because they make the dish less cloying, stimulate the taste buds, and make it more appetizing. So, adding the pickle flavor to this product is a brilliant innovation by Heinz in my opinion. It makes me feel like I'm not just eating ketchup but also having a real sweet pickle alongside, except the pickle flavor isn't diluted in brine. It's quite intriguing for a busy morning to have it with a hamburger. As for drawbacks, I haven't noticed any from this product. Perhaps the only drawback could be that Heinz products generally tend to be slightly more expensive than other condiments from Vietnam (my hometown), but they are worth it.

3.5 stars - Perfect combination with the pickles, but I wish it wasn't so sweet!

Tomatoes are my very favourite food, and pickles aren't far behind! Plus no burger (or, in our case, Impossible burger) is complete without ketchup and pickles. So when I got the chance to try Heinz Tomato Ketchup with Pickle Seasoning, I was excited to receive my free sample! So first, as for design and form factor, the bottle stores conveniently in my fridge and was easy to squeeze. It did tend to come out in a larger amount than I'd like: I had trouble controlling for just a small squirt of ketchup. But that aside, I liked the convenience of the squeeze bottle with the flat bottom for top-down storage. As far as taste, this definitely has a pickle zing to it that I really enjoyed! The acidity is nice and bright, and it gives a briney, salty flair that enhanced the savoury tomato notes of the ketchup. However, as I often find with most processed U.S. ketchups, it was WAY too sweet! I like a dill pickle, and while this did taste dilly, it also had the sugary quality I really dislike in sweet pickles and many ketchups. I think this would be a product I'd be much more likely to choose again if it came in a no-added-sugar variety. I'd also like to see an organic option!Overall, the sweetness isn't too terribly overwhelming when used on a veggie burger or veggie corndog, and we have mostly enjoyed eating our meals with Heinz Tomato Ketchup with Pickle Seasoning. However, I would not eat it as a dip for fries, nuggets, etc., and I probably would choose a plain no-sugar-added ketchup next time instead, even though I liked the addition of the pickle seasoning.

Life's a pickle, but I'm not always feeling the crunch.

I received this Heinz Ketchup with pickle flavoring from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion, and I don't know how I feel about this product. I'll start by saying I was able to easily find the product on shelves not only is the label hard to miss but I also saw that they are experimenting with other flavor types especially their new spicy line so I will definitely go back and give those products a chance. The product I will be talking about is pickle flavoring, which is basically just pickle seasoning within the ketchup. First things first, if you love pickles or having pickles within products that you'll also put ketchup on, then this shouldn't feel like a huge departure from your typically palate with these two products. First things first, if you love pickles or having pickles within products that you'll also put ketchup on, then this shouldn't feel like a huge departure from your typically palate with these two products. It was a good idea to make this product not in immense sizes because I don't feel this product will have a large enough audience to require more of it. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed including it in products like chicken tenders or on fries and I plan on also attempting including it when I eat my next burger but its doesn't feel like something I would go out of my way to get. I like the concept but it feels novel like something that if you are a pickle lover (Niche group) or a adventurous eater (novel group) it wouldn't really have a dedicated space among the grocery isle. This feels like a fun summer/spring seasonal product that I would give a chance on burgers, hot dogs, corndogs or anything within that group of food type versus eating it on a consistent basis with a wider variety of food types. I would like to say that again because it feels like nothing to outside of the palate of summer/spring and again I enjoyed both times I was able to sample it but I just don't know if it will consistently be something I would purchase or consume. All in all, if you enjoy both products individually, especially pickles, you'll love this product. The pickle seasoning is pretty present on the palate, so again, this is definitely for the pickle lovers. However, if you aren't a fan, this will not change your opinion of pickles. I found this product to be fun and novel something I would try among spring/summer seasonal meals and wouldn't hate having a secondary purchase but I don't see myself consistently buying the product I'd give it a 3/5 its fun and interesting especially if you are an adventurous eater but not something people would consider for consistent consumption.
