I hadnt tried heinz as a pasta option, thought they stick with heans & soup. But this was a promotion. Really happy. Nice jar, looks expensive. Flsboursome. Costed padta well. Tasty! Boight as a promo and will buy again .

I was attracted by the 'No Added Sugar' label but the sauce was so horribly sweet I looked at the ingredients - it includes concentrated apple juice and concentrated lemon juice. These add loads of sugar but Heinz can still claim no added sugar because the ingredients don't contain sugar beet or sugar cane. Anyway, I thought it tasted sickly.

This pasta sauce tastes delicious. Its a much better quality sauce than I usually buy. Jar is a touch small, needs to be bigger. Bought on promotion.

used this sauce to mix with penne pasta in a simple pasta bake. Tasted very nice and enjoyed the pepper flavour. Did not know Heinz did these sauces, but this gets the thumbs up and will try other flavours in the range. Purchased as part of a promotion
This is a nice sauce. It has a good consistency to coat pasta - not too watery, not too thick - and has some nice chunks of sun dried tomato in. The flavours are nice and not bland. My only one criticism is it can be a little sharp in places. Sun-dried tomato is not usually sharp, but every now and then it comes through in this sauce. I would take that over adding more sugar though. Probably would buy again in future for when we do not have time to make our own.
I have bought this while on promotion and the sauce has clearly exceeded my expectations. It gave pasta exactly the same flavour I experienced while being in Italy. Would buy again for sure!
I tried this tasty pasta sauce as part of a Checkout Smart promotion. it was rich, flavoursome and a very good alternative to my usual tinned chopped tomato and mixed herbs I use for a pasta sauce base. I added onion, garlic, chopped peppers and a tin of tuna to make it go further as was cooking for 4 people and it was enjoyed by all.
It's a decent sauce. Thicker than some others I've tried. It has chunks of veg in and some nice herbs and spices. Very handy when short on time. A bit too pricey in my opinion but would buy again when on offer. Bought as a part of promotion.

We are the lovers of heinz ketchup and the beans so naturally had to try thisnew sauce! Texture slightly reminds me of mutti sauce, it is thick and has nice texture! I added chopped fried sausages and it was delicious over pasta. Will try other flavours for sure!
