Heller 40cm Pedestal Fan - White

I received both fans with damaged parts, plugged them both in and they dont not work. Asked for a refund weeks ago and no response. This will be the last purchase I make with My Deal.

Absolute rubbish! China at its worst! Nothing fits properly but the fan does spin (amazing). Gives the appearance its made from recycled beer cans. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP.

Amazing price and acceptable

Just work as fan for hot weather. Not practical to kove around for crowded place. But just good to use for a fan.

Arrived in pieces

Some parts missing box it came in torn and put together with tape horroble

Cheap and Nasty

The product is so flimsy and light could be made out of sticks. The end pieces on the stand keep falling off and the safety cage rattles louder than a steam train. How could Heller make such a piece of cheap nasty equipment and put their name to it. We have other Heller fans which are cheap and very good. Most disappointed could have bought from a Supermarket and probably got a better fan.

Cheap design, fan stopped working after a year

As title mentions, fan has stopped working after a year - I can hear the motor attempting to spin the chassis but no amount of lube has been able to fix it. The base is shoddy, and top of motor housing unit is thin plastic and non-durable

Do not buy this fan. It is not safe. I would give it zero stars if I could.

This fan is cheap. It is even cheaper than the cheap price suggests. (The have, in previous years, had much better quality pedestal fans for the same price.) The stand & feet are especially cheap and annoying to assemble.But more than that they do not work and at least one of the ones I purchased started smoking. At the lower speeds it would either not go at all or would start and stop. When I saw it doing this my thought was "that looks like it will burn the engine out."I bought 3 of these. One of them seems to work okay (but now I am very wary of it.) One of them never really worked at all, even on the highest setting. The other one seemed to work for about a week or two on medium (but not low) but when I just tried it now it wouldn't go on barely even at high ... MoreThis fan is cheap. Kogan's quality has gone off for some reason. Their "premium dc fan" was a disappointment too.

High price junk. Don't be caught. Don't buy it!

There was a lot of assembly when arrived. As I built the fan it was very apparent the extremely low quality of the product with flimsy, ill-fitting pieces. Some parts have already fallen off the feet. If I know how bad it was I would never have bought it.

Poor quality

.Not all parts requiring assembly are designed with good quality which resulted in cutting fingers while putting the fan together. Also the hight is not adjustable as due to poor quality fan has to be set on the lowest height (it's not attached to the stand as it should and can be removed from it with finger lift).

Would Not Recommend

Very low quality. Lowest standard of materials used and the instructions are poorly formatted. It's the type of product you would expect to find in a cheap discount store.
