I bought this to have a real rain coat with hood that would work both in the rain, and as a jacket you would want wear just as a jacket. I especially like that it offers the option to fully zip in a rainstorm, snap closed if you are running inside from the car, or to just belt if wearing as a jacket. The hood hides away inside the collar when it isn't needed. I also wanted secure zipper pockets for items and this has that too. Will be using on national park trips, travel to Europe, and to wear to work or around town. The color is nice in that it isn't a too-dark masculine navy, and isn't a too-sporty bright blue. The metallic snaps and zipper make it look posh. A hard to find do-it-all jacket.

This coat is really nice looking and functional. I bought a Small, it fits slightly big but I like to wear a sweater underneath at times. The sleeves are a little too long, I may have them altered by about an inch and a half. Really nice big hood, it folds into the collar as well if you don't need it. Keeps you well protected from the rain and looks really stylish and classy at the same time. Even when it's not raining it's a beautiful trench coat. Very nice fabric and a perfect length. I have two, Black and Gray Fog. That's how much I like it..lol

This raincoat is perfect. Zipper, snaps, side slit pockets, elastic cuffs, hidden hood, and great length. The best part is that it is a little more dressy with the belt. Can be worn for all sorts of occasions. I am very pleased. Took a while to get here but I planned for that and it made it in time for my trip.
I needed a versatile (casual to workwear-dressy) raincoat. This fit the bill. The dark navy color is obviously navy blue, not black. The length covers my backside with extra inches to spare. The hood is generous in size, and fits well: close to face with protected neck coverage. The fabric is somewhat stiff, but it’s truly rainproof and ventilated. Overall, an excellent coat.
I have been looking for a new raincoat that doesn't look and feel like a plastic bag!This is totally waterproof, soft and matt fabrication, a great length (i'm 173cm tall) and a flattering shape you can also bring in with a belt. The front has a zip up and stud closure as well and the hood tucks nicely into the collar. It's perfect!The colour is a very deep Navy so it can pass as black, or blue. It's great, I love it!

It is my very first HH piece ever. I wanted something absolutely rainproof but stylish at the same time, and my husband found your site . This coat looks lovely, I received many compliments. Very good quality. I tested it in the rain, worked very well. I am 172 cm and 90kg and we bought XL, and it is just about right, the sleeves are a bit long. But if I was any bigger, I'd bee very sad, as it is a little bit snug if I wear something chunky under it. I t is not warm however, so you need layers, but keeps out the wind. Alltogether it was a very good buy. :)
I haven't tested this product in bad weather. The jacket I ordered was too large for me. It looks like it could be cute and a good option for around the city and work. The problem is it's really noisy to move in. I would feel awkward at a work meeting taking this on and off. Wish it was different fabric. But still cute if you don't care about the noise.
