My favorite recipe with this particular cognac is Rib Eye steaks with pasta.Pour about 1/3 of the bottle in a sauce pan and warm it up gently. Add chopped garlic and mushrooms to the cognac and stir. Cover and let simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes. Meanwhile, put your Rib eye steaks on the grill and cook them to perfection. Cook the pasta of your choice to al-dente. Place the Rib Eye steaks on dinner plates and add the pasta. Now to the piece of resistance: Using a clean rag and your hand, collect the garlic and mushrooms garlic and drip exactly 12 drops on each steak and discard the rest with the rag. It will be a superb dinner, but your guests will never know how expensive it was. That'll be your little secret!
