I have found Henry Blooms brand of fermented liquid iron to be very effective with regard to my personal iron deficiency. It has a fruity flavour and is highly absorbable. Best absorption according to the several Naturopaths I have asked is to take every second day, as the process from ingestion to storage/use, within the body, takes 48 hours. For best effectiveness/absorption take on an empty stomach in the morning, after or with a quality, highly absorbent vitamin C.
