I have used Blooms herb-a-lax for quite some time. It keeps me regular and gently assists my bowel movements. Knowing what time to take it and when it works is extremely important to my lifestyle.
I have been buying this product for a few years now. I love it because a) it is all natural and b) it works without giving any pain or cramping. You just need a teaspoon in a glass of juice, water or cordial and within about 4 to 5 hours it is working (this is what works for me anyway). I highly recommend this product.
I have been using Henry Blooms Herbalax for many years. It is a product I would and do, recommend. Just a tip, drink some water immediately before taking Herbalax. It will help in getting the powder down.
A tub lasts a long time because you don't need much of it. Tastes disgusting so needs to be taken with juice to prevent nausea when ingesting. But works like a charm if you are stressed and having trouble going to the bathroom.
