Fantastic product. I use for period cramps and have nearly complete relief. I do prefer to drink the tea, but for quick relief or for middle of the night cramps, these tablet forms are fabulous. If you struggle with cramps this is such a safe options before pain relief. Since taking them I only need to occasionally add ibuprofen, they have reduced my cramping pain to almost zero, for about 6 periods now. It’s incredible. Highly recommended.
