Love this product very high-quality helps with my skin help with my irons and help with my daily lives help with cold and flu and everything you need is all in one tablets being a mum of six a definitely need this to be on my feet 24 seven.
This is my absolute 'go to' if I feel a bit of a cold coming on, or my glands are swollen. Taking 2-4/day can help to stop it developing. I even take one a day as a bit of a preventive during the winter. I remember my family giving a small amount of rosehip syrup in cooled boiled water in our babies bottles to boost immunity. It's a great antioxidant.
This Viramin C is high potency & has extras to help the body absorb it. It comes in a large quantity so lasts a long time and is very good value for the price paid
