I mostly use this liquid propolis on skin, so I have not experienced its benefits for oral consumption yet. However, it does affect the skin noticeably. I have eczema on my eyelids, but when I tried applying a drop on this propolis on my eyelids, the pain flared up so I washed it quickly. However, I apply this on other parts of my body with burns and scars, and it seems to help reduce it. I am still not sure why it hurts sometimes, but it could be because it's effective at fighting bacteria. Always dilute this in water before use, whether orally or on skin. It smells like real propolis. The taste is bitter, but that's because propolis is naturally bitter.

High quality propolis tincture with no alcohol. Great ingredients list which is simple and only contains propolis unlike some other ones that add too many other herbs. As always there is a distinct medicinal smell from propolis but it’s to be expected. Packaging is ok but I wish the droplets came out slower! When I’m feeling like I’m going to be sick and my throat hurts I gargle with warm salt water and 1-2 drops of this. Spit it out after but don’t rinse. Immediately throat feels better.
