I have had gut related problems for a long time (very irregular) and over the last 6 months my skin has broken out in acne. I bought this on a whim because I had a hunch to get my gut in order, and it is been incredible. After about a week of using it, all my pimples had cleared and I have been become regular - which is the first time in my life. I don't think I will ever go without this product moving forward.

A great combination of ingredients for gut health, I find it really convenient to have these all in one powder, rather than having to buy 5 different products. It's easy to mix into smoothies. I wouldn't add it to most of my green/fruity juices because it the vanilla flavouring doesn't really work with those flavours in my opinion. But it's nice in banana smoothies, mango smoothies and other milk/mylk-based drinks.
I have been in this product for two months now and I find that my gut health is slightly improving which is great. I seem to tolerate more foods now.
Great mixture of herbs and tummy helping fungi. The added amino acid is also helping the gut lining to heal.
