I got these because I was doing massive runs outdoors, I actually started using them after the gym due to the carbs that I found very convenient to use especially on the go !In terms of running these are great one the go !Will Definently be purchasing again from outstanding customer service and delivery times from the aminoz squad !

These are my go to for longer distance running. They taste really good (all flavours I've tried) and don't cause any tummy issues at all for me. They give an instant boost to your workout.
This is a great tasting gel (I ordered the coffee flavour) and easy on the stomach. I haven’t had any issues so far (I did drink after consuming the gel), but then again I don’t have any issues with other gels (GU and SIS). Flavour is better compared to the other 2 I have consumed. Certainly would recommend. Price is also cheaper than GU.

i have been using Hawthorne for over 30 years due to weird things ihat happened to me during menopause namely heart missing beats after taking Hawthorne for 8--8 weeks it stopped happening
Thw most reliable energy gel i have had. I have tried other gels but i always come back to this one. The endura gels have never caused me any stomach pain even if I don't take it with water.
