I get really sore and stiff muscles and joints. This has really helped relax them before I sleep. I wish it helped me fall asleep faster (maybe need something for the brain) but works really well and I will continue to use this
This gives me that extra magnesium I need. Herbs of Gold has some good quality items. I take 3-5 tabs a day, no diarrhoea or stomach upset. Beware that we are all different so the amount we each need depends on your health and lifestyle. Mr Vitamins provides wonderful customer service and fast delivery. Thank you.

I feel to date this product has helped me get a better nights sleep. I have only just started taking the magnesium before bed at night so will see how I go.
I am so sorry, this might work really well, but I could not get past the taste and nor could my husband, normally he will eat or drink anything but even he gave up :(
Absolutely horrendous! This has to be the WORST tasting supplement I have ever tasted. Not at all citrus berry flavour. It’s completely undrinkable a waste of money. Do yourself a favour and NEVER buy this product. So so so disappointed Herbs of Gold.
