I have a chronic muscular back problem that has kept me awake at nights for years and have tried other "sleep" agents including Valerian and Melatonin preparations! (not to mention drugs such as "Endep" but to no avail. I recently saw a Dr Oz show recommending the use of jujube for sleep enhancement.Subsequent research highlighted that Zizyphus seed (jujube)works best in conjunction with Magnolia Bark.Herbs of Gold "Sleep ease" combines these two products and I have been sleeping really well since first taking this product about 6 weeks ago - I am so pleased. It hasn't cured my muscular problems - still wake up with sore muscles but at least I am now sleeping through the night. Thank you Herbs of Gold!

I have a lot of trouble falling & staying asleep. This product does help me fall asleep but doesn't stop me from waking up several times during the night. Having said that I have tried a lot of other herbal remedies & so far this one has helped me the most
This product assists with the settling process before sleep. I add valerian to the mix for better sleep and that works for me.
