I started to take Selenium to help with a heart condition and haven't had any problems at all, so I'd say it's helping. It's easy to take and no side effects.
The slippery elm works wonders if taken regularly before meals. It helps with any heartburn concerns so you need to consume far less medication as a result- always a great outcome!
Excellent product, it took several months for this to kick in, now I am falling asleep and staying asleep, something that eluded me for many years
I love this product! My naturopath recommended it to me for my metabolism, and thyroid, and I was interested in it also for protection of cell damage. I just feel better since taking one capsule a day even though I had never been a user of vitamins or minerals etc before. I will keep taking this product.
