Hermes Kelly Caleche Eau De Parfum Spray 100ml

Since it is that wonderful holiday time of the year I found myself in Sephora wandering around checking out make up products and fragrances. I had only ever smelled Hermes perfumes in department stores but never the Eau de toilettes. I am incredibly disappointed that I hadn't tested these sooner! The Un Jardin Sur Le Nil is such a fresh clean scent reminiscent of a fresh garden. I absolutely love it and this may end up being my new every day scent. I did not however end up purchasing from #sephora as they only had smaller sizes available. The gift set was from #Saks5thAvenue. I highly recommend this scent, the price is similar to other higher end brands e.g. Chanel.

I am sooo picky about fragrance. I have the type of skin that doesn’t mesh well with a lot of perfumes—a fragrance will smell incredible on my friend and when I try it, it smells strongly of rubbing alcohol. This fragrance is the exception. It is one of the prettiest scents I have ever tried. It smells so light and fresh, yet so sexy and mature. This would make such a beautiful wedding scent, or a gorgeous fragrance to take on a special trip so you can always associate the memory when you smell it! I cannot recommend this enough!

I love this stuff. I like it in the way that I like Philosophy Amazing Grace, another very popular fragrance. Sometimes I just like a soft “powdery” musky fragrance. This is one of those. It smells feminine with a slight hint of cardamom, one of my olfactory weaknesses, and florals. There have been times when my backyard reminded me of this scent because we have freesia and peonies. This scent claims to have these two notes and I believe it. I can identify them in this blend. But, mainly what really stands out, the cardamom and florals are there but not the show stealers, is the “clean” white musk smell and the slight warm sweetness of vanilla. So it’s like cardamom clean musk at first, then spring garden and clean musk, then like clean musk + vanilla. This is how it wears on me. It’s simple enough, light, and fit for a lady.

I'm in love! At first it's a bit strong, but after it tones down a bit, it's perfect. It's light and fresh, with a tiny bit of sweet. I am typically more of a sweet or floral fragrance lover, so this was a big surprise for me to like it! I will absolutely continue to wear this through spring and into summer. It's a bit of a splurge, but it's long lasting and very clean and refreshing. My husband is sensitive to smells and he complimented this scent right away. This is a hit!

I like this scent, it’s not too strong in my opinion. This one I received as a Christmas gift from my best friend, it came in a gift set including perfume lotion. I feel fresh and rejuvenated when using this perfume. It’s not too feminine, could be unisex. I like to use this perfume when going out for exercise/outdoor activities. It lasts all day. Overall I love the product ❤️

So I will say I don’t dislike the scent. It’s just very strong. I would say the scent is strong like a cologne but has this kind of citrus scent that makes it work for women too. But this is definitely a one spray and you’re good fragrance. It lasts a very long time. So no need to constantly spray yourself again and again. I was trying to get a good description of the scent but just couldn’t put it to words. My 11 year old daughter loved it and when I asked her to describe the scent she said “it reminds me of Friday nights. when dad is getting out of the shower and you have 5 maybe 6 minutes to get ready so you can go to your favorite restaurant.” Overall I would definitely recommend checking this one out. Beautiful bottle with ombre color that enhances the vibe of the scent. Picturing you walk into a garden where you smell your Peony, Iris and Hyacinth flowers, while you are carrying a basket of just picked greens from the garden. It is just so fresh and uplifting. It is an excellent choice for summer when you want to spend a lot of time outdoor and gardening. Cons: not everyone will like it so it is not a safe buy.

I love this perfume! It is so fresh - perfect for spring and summer, it reminds me of tropical weather in a rainy day. I think this is something I can use every day. It is not sweet or too feminine, which I appreciate. It creates a very classy style but not too overwhelming. This is why I love Hermes perfume so much. The scent does last very long but in a very united way. The scent does not spread out everywhere but stay in my clothes and skin, by the end of the day the scent still create a nice smell on my skin. I hate perfume that too powerful, that people can notice from far away, or smell in the car. This Un Jardin sur le Nil is perfect for me. Love !

This a powerhouse for longevity and projection! Even so, it’s not overwhelming in the warmer months. It can be worn year round. The first word that comes to mind when I smell it is classy. The leather note is prominent but is composed so well that it’s actually and easy wear! The notes list violet, I’m not a fan of violet in fragrances and luckily none come through on me with this EDP. There isn’t any powder at all, it’s more of a skin musk on me. As a whole, once this dries down and settles in, it’s a rich earthy scent with rose and leather.
