the bag is very big, but it doesn’t go out of shape when little things are in there. looks a bit big on me ( 162cm) Bottle pocket can fit a 20 oz wide mouth hydro flask. even after putting a big file, there is still ample space for other necessities. colour is super pretty, not too shocking but also not too dull (dusty pink). laptop sleeve is definitely enough to fit my ipad and kobo.

I have about 3 backpacks previously from hershel and been happy with all of them, everyone has looked exactly like the picture, I have one in solid green, one in a pink and white Hawaiian print, and one in a 3 tones of solid colors. This one however, was more of a powder blue and ivory color than a bright white and bright blue as shown in the picture online. It made the backpack look almost dirty and was not at all what I had pictured. I returned it immediately, customer service was great and easy to deal with. But I ended up buying my daughter a cheapo $10 one from staples instead as time for shipping was running out. I'm still giving it 3 stars because I k how the backpack quality is really good. I was confused so decided to just return and buy the bigger size. I ended up dealing with a headache concerning shipping/returns with their customer service.Warning! They do not pay for or assist you with returns at all... be warned. If you purchase from them and decide to return (even if you want to exchange) you will have to pay and organize the shipment back to them yourself. We bought this to use as a diaper bag, and it works really well. I love that it has two side pockets for water bottles (or baby bottles!), and a spacious interior with a wide opening. Our first diaper bag backpack just did not open wide enough for us to find what we were looking for, but this one makes it easy. I got it in the Copenhagen blue which is a nice medium blue with a sort of subtle crosshatch pattern. I know this backpack will serve us well and last us beyond our diaper bag years.
My careful 5 year old's backpack is completely worn out to the point of full holes on each corner of the front pocket and around zipper flaps. Looks awful with tons of faded and worn patches at all corners throughout bag. Won't buy Herschel for my kids or myself again. No warranty for bad quality offered by the company either. A little small for lunch bags and no water bottle holders!!!!! Huge mistake on my part as kids need their on the outside of bags for quick access.
