I make a lovely chocolate buttercream with your cocoa, and since my husband wanted that buttercream for his birthday cake, I recently made a batch with my new container. It is not the same. I thought perhaps I had made a mistake. So, I made it again, following my recipe closely rather than primarily from memory. Again, it did not taste correct. Buttercream is pretty basic- I tried each component separately to see if there was a problem. There was not. I decided to try a quick homemade hot cocoa recipe - it also did not come out as expected. I think the processing has changed, or something was wrong individually with the container I bought.
