This is a really nice, heavy duty-feeling pot. The metal handle does not get hot at all unlike some others that I own. I followed the instructions and seasoned it the first time, and then put it to the test by cooking eggs with cheese. The eggs didn’t stick but the cheese did, but I wanted to try putting it in the dishwasher without soaking like I usually have to do, and it got perfectly clean. This is the nicest pot I own now and it lives up to its looks!

This Hexclad pot isn’t just beautiful to look at, it’s fantastic to use. Even heating all the way around for perfectly cooked sauces and soups, perfect non-stick surface, easy to clean. I would love to replace my entire set of pots with this type! I made a tomato and onion compote and with my normal nonstick pans, I would have trouble with stuck on tomato bits. Not this HexClad pot! I didn’t even have to soak it. Everything easily washed and rinsed out. I love the well fitted glass and metal lid, perfect to check what’s going on without having to lift it off. Absolutely recommend!

I received the HexClad Nonstick 2 Quart saucepan to complete an honest non paid review. The pan was packaged well and included care instructions from washing to cooking. I followed the instruction to the T and this pan worked great! The instruction recommend hearing your pan and doing a water test before cooking. If you do the water test right it should need up on the pan. If the pan is not at an appropriate temperature the water will either spread all around or sizzle into steam. With the right amount of heat I was able to cook scrambled eggs in the pan without sticking. A good quality pan!
The pan of all pans! This came and the packaging alone makes you think its a great pan. The directions are very clear about how to season the pan, and the pans design and look are beautiful. I love that you can use metal or plastic utensils as my children use whatever they want to use and have ruined my pans. So far this is my favorite pan, i would love to have the whole set but price wise these are an investment.
I am obsessed with this hybrid saucepan. It’s big enough and perfectly made for soups in our household. I love the non stick feature. I know it claims that I can use metal utensils and hand mixers but I’m not prepared to test that feature. My only complaint is the way the handle is attached to the side. The piece inside the pan is a catchall for grime and food and takes a little extra cleaning time.
I was in the market for a new saucepan as I burnt mine quite badly. I’m always up for new technology. This pan has a nice weight to it. The hexagon pattern lining seems to make cooking more even. The handle stayed cool even though the pan was hot. Clean up was a breeze! Nothing seemed to stick to the lining with minimal effort on my part. Quite a lovely addition to my kitchen!
This is my first time using Hexclad cookware. After washing, I seasoned it with oil. The cookware has a solid build feel to it. On a gas stove, heat distribution seems to be even. After the initial seasoning, I have been using a little bit of oil. But so far, there are no issues with sticking. The cookware is oven safe up to 500°F and also dishwasher safe. Manufacturer state you could use metal utensils, but so far, I have only used wooden utensils. So far, I'm impressed with this cookware.
This pot exceeded my expectations by far. It has a great weight to it, and you can tell it is just excellently put together. It comes with stoatge sacks to keep them looking their best! And I am shocked that it really is amazingly nonstick! I made rice in this pot and usually in my other non stick pans it is sure to leave a layer of hard rice on the bottom, but not at all with this pot. It came out so easily, no fighting or scraping needed. Cleanup is also a breeze since nothing sticks to it!
If this pan is good enough for Gordon Ramsay, it’s beyond good enough for me! I am legitimately impressed with the quality of this pan. It’s heavy, and FEELS like a sturdy, strong quality. It heats FAST and evenly, so food cooks so well! In the end, cleaning the pan was simple because not a bit stuck to it. I let it cool, gave it a wipe, and everything came right out- I hardly had to scrub it after all! I’m really happy with this pan and hope to slowly upgrade all my cookware to HexClad in the future!
