I was looking for an internal moisturizer. This particular brand appealed to me , due to the fact that it is fast absorbing and has no sugar .

I tried this after reading many reviews. I am dieting on keto and was experiencing muscle weakness and trembling. I’ve used this in my water and saw fast improvement.It does have a very slight salty taste in plain water but not noticeable in crystal light.It does exactly what I needed.

Everything tasted very salty, more so than Liquid IV which actually contains MORE sodium. I gave it 2 stars because it is lower sodium and no sugar which is important to me but I cannot get past the super salty taste, thus it isn't important enough to me that I will not be repurchasing this product.
