Hibiki Japanese Harmony is the foundation of the Hibiki range of malt and grain whiskies from the original Hibiki blend, Hibiki 17 Year Old and Hibiki 21 Year Old. The Hibiki Japanese Harmony Whisky is a blend of the finest whiskies from Suntory Whisky. It consists of at least 10 malt and grain whiskies matured in five different casks, including an American white oak cask, a sherry oak cask and the rare Mizunara Japanese oak cask from Suntory's Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. Dark amber colour. Aromas of stewed fruit, blackberry, ripe banana and caramel. The palate is rich and full. Notes of sandalwood, honeycomb, dried apricot and mizunara. Long and rich finish with flavours of wood and incense.
