Our cat suffers megacolon after a tail pull injury. He literally couldn't pass a bowel movement, and was subjected to numerous vet visits with constant enemas, to the the degree where the only solution offered was euthanasia. Finally we were told this product was to be available in Australia by our long suffering vet, so we started him on this and continued with his lactulose & cisapride (which wasn't doing it on its own). This was a total game changer for us. We feel it's a miracle, as he hasn't had one constipation issue since. Our cat is really lucky to be alive, and we are totally thankful we were put onto this product. Highly recommended for any issue the same.

Helped my cat who would get diarrhea regularly seemingly out of the blue. He'd have normal poops for a month and then BAM - squirting liquid poop out of nowhere. Vet unfortunately wasn't very helpful (the usual see how it goes, here's some probiotics etc etc). So I thought I'd try this and it worked wonderfully. He's been diarrhea free for 3 months now. I also got the accompanying wet food as well. Bonus is that he will run to his auto feeder for this kibble.

This was recommended by my other cats vet for my youngest cat when she had diarrhea that wasn't going away. So i used it temporarily. Diarhhea came back occasionally so I took her off all supermarket brands except for Applaws and this Biome. In combination with vitamin B12 injections this exclusive diet has kept the runny poo away and it also has improved her overall health, She is such a stunning looking cat now, she sparkles

I adopted my adult cat Peanut 9 months ago from a rescue group after he had a front leg amputation (he is now a happy & thriving tripawd) and was informed at the time he had GI issues, but did not have more info than that. Since adoption, every day, 2-3 times per day, he would have diarrhea. We tried several other types of foods, limited ingredient diets, several medications/supplements, and nothing worked. All his lab work (including comprehensive GI panels) and imaging was normal. He NEVER had even one solid poop in the first 9 months I had him (only diarrhea or very soft stool), and we had no answers - we were losing hope. BUT then my vet suggested this food, and literally on day 2 my sweet boy has NORMAL SOLID POOP!!! My 13 yo cat has had chronic diarrhea for about a year. I tried fecal pills, allergy tests, gut biome pills and tests, limited diet foods, boiled chicken and rice, new litter, antibiotics, and nothing seemed to work for more than a few days. This is a cat that will eat anything and everything (thankfully), but it all gave him the runs and some made him vomit. This food has eliminated all issues. The downside is that is 1) price 2) dry food isn't a great diet for cats 3) he's in diabetic remission so he now drinks a lot of water and has 2x the urine, and 4) he is ALWAYS hungry - the recommended amount is less than a cup a day for a 10lb cat. Fingers crossed the wet food version is just as good because he needs more food and moisture.
I cannot praise this food enough! My 9 year old cat was very constipated. She would always have very small hard bum's and was leaving them all over my house. She would have episodes of getting extremely sick and the vet would have to sedate her to give her enemas. I had to take her into the vet for enemas 3-4 times in 2021. She had been losing weight and was 6 lbs by October 2021. My vet consulted with a Hill's rep and he recommended GI Biome. It has literally saved my cat's life. Within 2 weeks she was having healthy bowel movements daily. She has gained weight back and her coat feels healthy again. Her temperament has improved drastically too. I didn't know how sick she really was before, but now I have my car back thanks to this food.
My cat for 7 years has head very, very loose stool (apologies for anyone who's squeamish) that smelled so putrid he would bolt out of the litter box room as soon as he was done. We tried more kibble brands than we could count ranging from ones tailored to sensitive stomachs, indoor cats, long-haired, etc. Nothing helped him at all. Having owned a cat previously before him, we understood this wasn't typical stool for cats. Our vet recommended we put him on this kibble and within 48 hours his stool was what it should be, like what it is for normal cats. It's structured/solid and the best part, DOESN'T SMELL! He was on lactulose, Miralax, and Cisapride, and we just couldn't keep it under control. He'd veer from severely constipated to diarrhea, and we were constantly fiddling with the dosage levels of his meds. And the lactulose seemed to interfere with his calcium levels and other things in his system, giving him bouts of vomiting, malaise, etc. After putting him on this product, he is having regular bowel movements of good consistency, he's off the lactulose entirely, and we cut the Cisapride dose in half. My 2 year old cat had been having bad colitis since we rescued him. He had constant diarrhoea and blood in his stool and looked like he had constant pain while excreting. Our vet recommended we try these cat biscuits and within days he was feeling better. His stool is now solid and he doesn't seem to be in any pain. Price isn't a concern at all with the outcome. Our female kitten also likes the taste.
