Hill's Science Diet Adult Wet Dog Food, Savory Stew With Chicken and Vegetables, 363g, 12 Pack, Canned

My dog is a very picky pooch when it comes to food, whether it is canned food or dry food. When I first served Hill's® Bioactive Recipe™ Adult Savory Chicken, Brown Rice Carrot Stew dog food to her, she immediately smelled it, then dove right in and didn't stop eating until she had finished her bowl! Ever since she started eating this food, her coat has become shinier and her eyes are brighter. She has had more energy and she really looks forward to mealtime. Now she hears me opening the can and comes running! This food has pieces of real rice, chicken, and carrot and provides a healthy mixture of flavor that my dog loves and has come to crave. I will continue to purchase this food for my dog because it is healthy for her and she loves it!

My dogs went to the vet a while back and we were told they were deficient in some of their vital nutrients so they prescribed this food for them to eat so they were getting a well balanced meal. Safe to say we won’t be straying away from this food anytime soon, all three of my babies love their food time every day! We’ve noticed improvements in the digestion, coats, and skin! Absolutely recommend!

Best wet food

Best wet food for a picky dog. Our dog is a rescue and wouldn't touch dry food by itself. Add some of this to his bowl and he eats everything! He has put on some healthy weight and doing very well.

Excellent food

One of my JRTs has major food sensitivities & I've tried all the high-quality expensive dry foods. After an acute attack of pancreatitis, she was put on Science Diet canned food briefly. Discussed prescription foods with her vet & we actually landed on this more affordable option. She is doing great after eating this food for more than 2 months. All of her symptoms are gone, including her incessant itching. Her & her sister absolutely LOVE this stuff and I feel good seeing them get delicious, healthy food. Highly recommend!

Good food. Hard to find in store

This food was out of stock for months, so I set up a repeat order when it became available online. I buy it because it’s what the SPCA recommended when I adopted my dog. I prefer the stew to the pate because it’s easier to hide meds in the stew sauce and because it comes with a pull-tab on the lid (no can opener required).

Great product for diabetic dog

My diabetic dog loves this food. It's palatable for him and has a great calorie ratio so it's not too volumous. Would highly recommend

Why would you look any else for tinned dog food? Hills Science is absolutely fabulous. Well balanced and has all the perfect ingredients that your loveable dog will enjoy.

Hills is the best.

Best food ever. Our little recue is 16 and started having stomach issues. Switch over to Hills. She is like a puppy now. Eats well, plays, and her issues are gone. She looks so much better too.

My dog tells me it has good flavor!

The food appears to be of good quality, but there is way too much gravy for my dogs liking. She has never liked gravy very much, and this one is no different. I actually have to pour it into a strainer and rinse the gravy off before feeding it to her. Another problem is the size of the chunks. The meat chunks are about four times bigger than she likes so I have to use a wire wisk to chop them up before feeding it to her or she will walk away from it. The manufacturer says that it's for all breed sizes, but I disagree because of these reasons. They should make the chunks smaller in this particular formula while still keeping it in this sized can. I have a mastiff with an allergy to poultry especially chicken. Even though a can may say it's #1 ingredient is beef, lamb, etc, it seems there's always a lit of chicken mixed in. I finally found this, he actually likes, it, and his skin is better.
