Well i cannot get this spray bottle to work properly. I was disappointed that i had to assemble it myself. I have had a hills spray bottle with a long wand for 25 years which is still ok but my wand handle is broken. So i realy only needed a new wand but you cannot just buy the wand and handle. My option now is to take the wand and handle off the backpack and put it on my old bottle. Who can i get to look at the backpack to see if i have assemble it correctly.Regards sue

We bought this product believing were paying more for a quality product. It was very difficult to operate (stiff pump) and stopped working after one use. Would definitely not recommend.

This sprayer is a disappointment. The pressure capacity is minimal so you have to pump it often. Also the spray wand wobbles where it comes out of the handle so annoying to use and the wobbling could cause the handle to break. Another annoying thing about this sprayer is it drips out the end when the trigger release is off so spray drips as you move around.

Poor assembly instructions…Pump action extremely stiff & difficult to operate. Don’t consider there is value for money in this product.
I have owned a Hills 12 litre knapsack sprayer for over 12 years now and it has performed for me admirably. I believe 12 years is a good performance as I also maintain 70 metres x 9 metres of roadside to keep the weeds under control. Unfortunately now the seals are passing water into the pump cylinder due to worn O rings. I have been looking for a replacement O Ring set but to no avail at this stage, As regarding assembly after purchase; anyone with a basic intelligence can work it out, No tools required to assemble.
I concur with previous revues regarding their difficulty in assembly. I had a few runs at it myself and finally got it working, doing a stirling on my 7 acres.Perhaps a step by step assembly instruction would have helped. I am sure the buyer would appreciate it, as well as the retailers?Would I recommend? I would say yes, if the assembly instructions were improved.
Worked for a short while and since then causes constant trouble. Nothing coming out of nozzle, too much coming out etc. Bought it as was told there are spare parts available. Turned out not for this model. Whole spray arm is plastic including nozzle and is of poor quality.
What a ridiculous piece of rubbish that doesn’t even assemble properly - the instructions are the most basic diagram and parts genuinely that don’t fit. Wish I read reviews before buying this.
Dreadful waste of money the pump arm doesn't fix to the unit. Unless you're a contortionist buy some other brand. Extremely disappointed hills!!!
Difficulty in assembling, could not insert retaining clip on end of pump handle shaft under tank as hole was drilled too far along shaft. Had to use angle grinder to grind off end of shaft so pin could be inserted. Once assembled, works really well (this was a replacement, previous one lasted nearly 10 years with constant use). Does the job well
