Prunes are good for the gut and bone. I consume a few as a part of my breakfast. The downside of the packaging is the bag easily gets sticky because of the juice.

They're really nice, first organic prune I've tasted. They're light and have a complex flavour. The seed is still inside but easy to remove. worth the extra money to buy organic.
