My first purchase of Amla C and I am happy so far. It is great and does exactly what I need it to. I think we all need more vit C in our bodies as this is the one thing the human body cannot or does not produce by itself. Vit c is also great for slowing the aging process - so if you have no other reason to use vit c, you do now.
