This product is excellent i have been using daily for the past 2years. Had problems with piles for many years nothing ever worked that the Doctors prescribed until they let me know about Pilex . I have had no pain, discomfort, and itching since I started taking this on a daily basis. Started off with 6 a day for 2 weeks then took 4 a day for another 2 weeks. And after that always 2 a day. For my issues I have had no pain and discomfort after the first couple of weeks but continued with Doctors prescription. Has not shrunk the piles/hemorrhoid but I have seen improvement. I have used both the pills and ointment for 2 weeks now. It hasn't done the job

I have been using Pilex tablets for a few years now and as long as I'm taking them, I have not had any issues. I did stop once thinking that I was cured but after a few months the problem reoccurred. They are safe and easy to use and I have not experienced any side effects. I would recommend.
It was kept in a high temperature when I received it was very hot so it was not useful anymore. MEDICINES should always be kept in a proper temperature so that it is able to consume. So Noon company should think about this issue.

I ordered Himalaya Pilex bottle containing 60 tablets but to my surprise the bottle CONTAINS ONLY 40 TABLETS. Even on the bottle it shows 60 tablets and still has only 40 tablets which is unfair practice. Walmart should be careful before shipping and should have made sure the quantity in the bottle matches to the order.
Good results right away.! Im hoping with regular use that the unpleasant problems of bleeding and leakage will eventually go away for good.....Im delighted so far with the unexpected benefits.
