I bought this hybrid freezer/fridge mainly to replace my old chest freezer. It is excellent in design and I especially like the Super Freeze Mode. Unfortunately, it only has a 3* rating in energy efficiency rating. Otherwise, I would have given this product a rating of 4.5*.

Great freezer for the price; my only note is that I don't see a kiddie lock function, and as it's easily converted to a fridge - a chance exists for the smallest fingers to defrost the contents of the freezer inadvertently. Elsewise, a fantastic product for the price, and the staff were quick to problem solve and arrange delivery.

Brilliant upright frost free freezer. Streamlined look, quiet freezes quickly and efficiently, and can be a fridge by flick of the switch. First time I've bought a cheaper imported whitegood and am impressed. Was on sale plus got a $70 voucher so around $700 total at HN. I like the combination of open shelves and baskets. Former freezer was much larger but lots got wasted as was a total basket setup and outa sight outa mind. This one is fun to open with all its lights too. Only downside is its a tad hard to open - have to use 2 hands. Collection quick and easy but it's a 2-person move if up steps. Holds heaps.

Just love my freezer. So easy to manage and having the 3 drawers makes it easy to store various items. So much manageable space. Only issue was when it was purchased the instructions that were inside the packaging stated the wheels only go backwards and forwards, not sideways. Too late for me because it had already been placed in position requiring sideways movement. No damage thankfully.
This freezer made my life so much better. I can store a lot of food for me and my toddler now. I love the layout of shelves and drawers. It is very quiet and the ability to change the door direction makes it a lot easier to place in a small home. It is easy to clean with all smooth surfaces, no grating shelves. It is also well lighted so even full I can see everything in it. I haven't converted it to a fridge, I needed a freezer, but that is a very good option to have. I highly reccomend it.
Appliance energy efficiency is very important to me, and for a frost-free freezer this rates highly. This purchase replaced a chest freezer of half the size which requires regular defrost so frost-free is great. The box containers hold a considerable amount while seeing whats in there is easy. Open shelves for frozen meals or similar work well. I like the idea I can switch the unit to fridge if needed and switch the door to opposite opening side.
Love the freezer, love appliances online! Ordered the freezer at 7pm on Thursday night and it was delivered at 9am Friday morning! Amazing! The freezer itself is really good, easy access to all items ( no silly pull down lids that stick like the old one). Very happy.
Fantastic upright freezer. Must easier to find things than the old chest freezer we had. Has a light inside as well. Very happy with this freezer and highly recommend.
Ok so am showing my age re the tuckerbox freezer of the 70's but this freezer is amazing! The storage space appearance and versatility given that it can become a fridge, truly incredible. As always the delivery guys were efficient and friendly. So happy I went with this brand and would highly recommend it.
I tried an upright freezer many years ago, and replaced it with a chest freezer within 6 months. After all, my Senior Physics told me that the cold air would "fall out" every time the door was opened. With 2 children, and living in the tropics, that was exactly what happened, and the freezer was very inefficient. This one has two features which greatly influenced my decision to try again - it was frost free, and with my restricted mobility it was much easier for me to operate. So far, this has worked out well, and I'm happy with the freezer to date. It is certainly easier to find things in it, particularly when it is time for the monthly "big shop".
