This fridge is fine in all aspects of having functional storage and shelving .The biggest promise that its constantly got condensation on the Back of the fridge . I had a replacement after a week as there were puddles of water in the shelves and ruining our food. The replacement fridge is no better , it still creating condensation in the fridge and if I turn up the temperature it freezes. All the condensation droplets become ice. I dont feel that its functioning properly as its designed to be. I wouldnt recommend this fridge.

It's used for drinks only. It is necessary to install a thermometer for controlled adjustment of temperature. It takes about 12 hrs to stabilise at a particular setting. Slow to change temperature but that's OK once you know where to set the dial. It can freeze the contents of bottles particularly at the bottom. Shelves are lightly built and you need to treat them gently. You get what you pay for.

Purchased same refrigerator 4 years ago for $466. It has been a relatively good refrigerator, just used for drinks so isn't opened a lot, noticed this morning it has a pool of water under it and getting warmer, so we are dropping it off at the dump on the way to buying a new one. Not worth repairing or getting someone to look at it, those customer care warranty plans are also a waste of money as the products are designed to last just past the warranty period. Not sure where these are made but the old Kelvinator in our kitchen will not die - over 15 years old. It has seen out two Hisenses and a F&P of same size now and it is likely to see out the next.

It's a great drink fridge which is what we brought it for. The door can be opened either way which is a great option. Good size as we upgraded from a small fridge now we can fit everyone's drinks in. Drinks (cordial) on the door are not as cold as we like but that's cause I like it freezing so had to move it to lie down. Small issue that isn't really an issue.
Small and quiet, no issues with it yet (Ive had it for one month). I was sceptical due to its size but its definitely exceeded my expectations! I live with three people and there is enough fridge space for us. The door shelves are a little small but nothing too major.
Fantastic. Fits in my kitchen fridge spot. Plenty of room for all of us! Love the 4 glass shelves inside. Very happy with it so far.
The isulation in the fridge is very poor. Which my question is how will it tolerate the Australian summers. Walking into the room where it's working the room is cool. I'm questioning is it using more power to maintain protection of the food. Most refrigerators has no significant change of temperature by touching the outside. The Hisense feels noticeably cool on the outside of the fridge.
We spent weeks juggling the thermostat back and forth. Moving the knob an almost imperceptible amount moves the temperature between freezing & 12 degrees. Hisense & Harvey Norman have agreed to return the fridge for store credit.
The fridge is unable to maintain a constant temperature throughout. Unlike our previous fridge, this Hisense fridge needs regular adjustment as the weather changes, otherwise it is too cold (items at the back freeze) or too warm (items in the door go bad earlier than they should). It also drips water down the back and sides which makes cardboard soggy and gets into your food if you are not very careful with how you place items on the shelves. I would not recommend this product. You are better off paying more for a quality product from a different brand.
I needed a new fridge, but as my house is older than today's homes, I didn't have the height under my cupboards to fit the fridges made for spaces 1700mm of more !! It's crazy that if I want a fridge only I am limited to one or 2 fridges, one of them being the Hisense fridge I brought. It's smaller than I really wanted but sayings that the fridge is perfect at keeping my fridge items perfectly cold and I like the glass shelves. I'm overall really happy with my purchase
