The sounds quality of the sound-bar and sub is very poor quality. The soundbar is very tinny without any mid range and isnt loud at all. In comparison to a similar priced Polk soundbar and sub the polk unit triumphs the hisense.

I'm using an AUX with it because it's connected to a big monitor (LG 43UD79) and it's doing it's job. It has a surround sound option but it's not that good, only any good when playing music, so I have it off most of the time. Compared to my old Philips HTL2160 soundbar, the sound quality is slightly lacking but it's still quite good. I'm not an audiophile so this is just from a basic listening test, however after using the Hisense for a while it's grown on me, so I'm happy with it. Only upgraded because the old soundbar started making random popping noises after 5+ years of use.

I was after a cheap sound system for my 5-6 year old Hisense tv and this set is perfect. For the price, I had lower expectations for sound quality but it’s actually pretty good. Easy to set up and love that it automatically turns on and off with the tv. For the low cost, it’s not going to compete with Bose or Sonos, but I would recommend this as a good, budget friendly, option.
I recently purchase this sound bar as a match for my new Hisense 75” also purchased through JB. The sound is great, clear, intuitive features that link with the tv perfectly. Probably not the loudest around but value for money you can’t beat it. JB’s delivery service was fantastic, friendly drivers and overall extremely happy with the price and quality of all the items I purchased jist before the new year.

Ive got a slightly older Sony Bravia that Im using while waiting for my new tv to come in but it wont connect no matter what I do!!
Clear sound, great volume.Recommend 3.1ch for clear narration and music with movies.
Had to return this item as it wouldnt connect to hisense tv , which is ridiculous since the product is hisense brand . Only purchased because sale assist said it was the best . Now have a Sony and its working great
