Perfect TV for patio. I purchased a new stand so as to easily adjust left or right. Was looking for a 40 inch however apparently manufacturers only make TV's available with 4K starting at 43 inches. Thus I went with this 43 inch. Hisense TV's just make sense. Beautiful picture outstanding sound. The sound quality is as if your in a movie theater. Like the many features that android TV's have and enjoy the picture/sound quality. Easy mounting and WiFi set up. There are several screens you'll go through to get the right set up but well worth it. Purchased an water resistant all weather cover for protection. TV looks good during the day and night. The final touch to a beautiful patio set up. Like the talk remote just push and tell it what to do.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The picture and sound quality are great, but if you plan to stream - don’t! I have hated this tv ever since I purchased it. We loaded 2 streaming services and ran out of storage so we had to buy and add storage with a usb drive. Ever since that day, we have unplug and re plug the tv every 7-10 days so that the tv would remember that we added storage. For the last 3 days we have fought with the tv glitching and turning itself off whether dormant or while watching tv. Once it got that bad the tv didn’t function hardly at all - not even as a monitor with a computer hooked up through the hdmi input. When I called Hisense for help, I found out that here in the USA the warranty is only 1 year. Too bad we didn’t live in Central America, then we ... MoreDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Once the customer service rep who I waited for for 15 minutes realized we had the tv longer than 1 yr, I was told to hire a repairman and instructed to go to their service page to find a firmware update that would help with software issues. Well, after following those instructions explicitly, the tv will not come on at all. I thanks for the “help”! After this, you couldn’t pay me to buy another Hisense tv!!!

All our TV's are connected to media pc's so we don't use the built-in streaming apps which so often are a disappointment. The more a TV is like a computer display the better in our house. I normally don't connect the TV to WiFi except to update the TV OS but I was pleasantly surprised that this model can stream HEVC content directly from our media server. The contrast and blacks are much better than we expected. This panel looks better than our 65" Samsung TU850D "Crystal" display. The upscaling from 1080 content is very good. If I sound like someone who should be buying an OLED display, you're right but with the current trickle of quality content being delivered I can't be bothered.

After picking up a cheap 65" LG from BJ's not too long ago and being pretty happy with it, I saw this on sale and decided to give it a try. This 75" Hisense was not on display. I didn't have high expectations (I have two OLED's), but was hoping it would be as good as the LG. It is not. Screen uniformity is pretty bad, with the bottom and side edges being noticeably brighter than the rest of the screen. On most bright content it's not that obvious, but on darker scenes it is. Also, setup was more confusing and time consuming than the LG. My first Google TV, so maybe that's why. All in all, disappointed.
Likes:ease of setup, 2 legs, 4 screws, and that's it! You also have the option to install the legs in the middle or on the ends. I love that option, because the tv wouldn't have fit on my stand if i had to do the legs at the end.Sound is good considering the price point. I won't need a soundbar for everyday use.The UI is pretty easy to follow, and the tv is speedy and navigation through the apps is smooth and fast.Dislikes:Picture Quality isn't the best and I expected more. My Sony 4K tv from 7 years ago still has a better picture. The colors are not as vivid on the Hisense. Perhaps I need to adjust some settings, but the old Sony hands down looks better. In fairness, I paid $1300 for it when it was top of the line, and this tv was only $400.Finding and ... MoreLikes:ease of setup, 2 legs, 4 screws, and that's it! I spend more time trying to do that than actually getting the tv out of the box and on the stand. I was probably confused because I thought it would be like the UI on the Sony.Overall, I am really pleased with this tv but I did think/hope the picture quality would be a little better. Out of the box is is fast and smooth when installing and launching apps. I hope we get many great years of usage.
I purchased this TV a few weeks ago. It was delivered by FedEx, it took a few days. The box was in good shape, no major dents or holes in it. No cracked screen. I wanted the 50 inch model as it has a VA panel, it has much better contrast than the ISP panel which is in all other models of the A6H series. The VA panel works better if your looking straight at the screen, the ISP panel is much clearer at side views. I had to purchase legs for the center (wall mount holes) so i didn't have to change my TV stand. The TV takes a lot of tweeking to get a great picture, You really have to go into the picture settings and adjust everything to your taste. There are many picture and sound settings and it can take time. Be patient. I am using the optical audio port for my Vizio ... MoreI purchased this TV a few weeks ago. There are many picture and sound settings and it can take time. Be patient. I am using the optical audio port for my Vizio sound bar, the sound is very good. To run 4K you need really good download speeds, 25 to 50 Mbps, recommended by Netflix and Amazon or you may run into problems. Picture quality, buffering, so on. I have 100 Mbps. So, not too bad. The Google OS isn't that bad, it's cluttered, some bloatware. Works O.K. I do prefer Roku. It's my first time using Google TV and it could use some updates in the future. A lot of people complain about the picture quality, that's because most TV stations still broadcast in SD or HD only, not 4K. You need to find 4K channels that show movies and TV shows in 4K HDR and Dolby Vision. New content from NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, Amazon, Netflix, so on. And then this TV shines. Can't speak to longevity but so far, not to bad for $250.00.
Hisense 55A6H (Google TV model, not Roku) has a decent display with potential but no WOW factor. No where close to my LG which is dying and being replaced and definitely is not a High 4 or 5 star product as is. Out of the box with factory presets, my unit was awful; needed a lot of display and audio fine-tuning--requires time and patience. If you want instant plug-and-play, and don’t know how or want to invest time researching and applying adjustments, avoid this model. The Hisense setup menu is rich with features, the problem is the displayed image and color quality. Was almost ready to return for something different but decided to give it a chance. Getting closer to where it’s acceptable, still fine-tuning but would not buy this model again and glad I didn’t ... MoreHisense 55A6H (Google TV model, not Roku) has a decent display with potential but no WOW factor. Getting closer to where it’s acceptable, still fine-tuning but would not buy this model again and glad I didn’t invest a fortune on it.Low end built-in speakers. Initially terrible, very tinny sounds–had to research and apply adjustments to Audio/Equalizer. Never going to be great and could benefit from an external sound bar. That added expense could have been applied to a better quality TV.Display from setup was very hazy from all input sources–including 500/500Mbps FIOS internet, Blu-Ray, DVD and Roku Ultra. Has required a lot of time and experimentation getting natural colors, clarity and brightness.About 50% of televised commercials have a hazy screen, still haven’t figured out how to correct that annoyance for all commercials; have never experienced this with other TVs.My personal sense is I didn't get a defective product but the technology needs improvement. Hopefully Hisense will release firmware update(s) to correct these deficiencies.Box includes Quick Setup Guide but you have to download full User Manual in .pdf version from vendor website.WalMart did an excellent job shipping TV same day as purchased, box arrived in about 24 hours. Very pleased with ease of purchase and delivery. Like that it has barely any noticeable front bezel. No noticeable dead display pixels. Lots of media connectors in back--that was a major factor in my decision to purchase this unit. Remote control easy to pair and use. My 55A6H manufactured in Mexico, 12/27/2022–so it’s new.
I like the picture but the voice sound mouth of people are now sinked if I turn it off and on a few times it comes back where people speaking %26 sound go together. Also a bigscreen comes on saying a few things saying Weak Signal check stuff I am 82 an haveon one to check to help me %26 Xfinity/Comcast said I have to pay $100 to service. But I had lots of good reviews from site friends actually the Xfinity service guy said he had 3 and loved them. I only have Sony the one is bedroom is still greaat but my living room Hisense that I purchased has a few quirks. Thank YouOh yes what can I do I got a receipt from walmart I will try to take a picture %26 upload if that doesn't work can I mail the information to register my TV
Customer has owned TV 8 months at time of this review. There is no power switch directly on TV. In fact, the only switch directly on TV is “Factory Reset”. Turning TV on/off must be done on remote control. The remote ctrl is slippery and a slim design. Buttons on remote are not lighted. (They know how to make buttons light if they wanted to.) Buttons on the slippery remote are very small, and too close together which you will better understand once you purchase this TV. There is not a dedicated, one-touch, sleep button on the remote although the TV has a “sleep” feature you can scroll to. Program information for each channel when tuned to digital antenna broadcasts is not always revealed on screen. You will see, “no program” often instead of what’s really on. The on screen picture I describe as very realistic with high quality glossy appearance and brilliant color. The audio sound quality is great and has a sound mode section in settings for your use. Also has an “advanced” sound settings section with an EQUALIZER. Adjust the very capable volume control to your liking. TV can be wall mounted and was sale priced at time of purchase.
So i had this tv for 5 months now, and the first time i got it for our living room, i was so happy because the colors were bright and vivid. But 5 months later, this tv has a bad panel, washed out brightness, uneven colors, image retention, ghosting , and darker colors. I wouldn't recommend this tv for gaming whatsoever. My 2022 Bedroom Samsung 55-inch tv lasted longer than this tv. My Samsung tv just has a tiny dark spot in the middle, and it's not affecting my viewing experience. But the fact that this is worse than oled banding is not good. And i wonder why my Samsung 55-inch tv costs more than a 55-inch Hisense roku tv because Samsung lasts longer. *Hisense count your days!*
