I purchased this about 4 months ago and definitely no regrets so far. The flat surface and dark colour suit our new kitchen perfectly.It's quiet, except for the occasional quick 'rattle' as the ice machine fills up (to be expected).Just a couple of frustrating design features that could be fixed:- The snack drawer is in the centre of the draw layout so you have to open both fridge doors to get to it. If I'm grabbing something quick, I'd prefer to just open one door when possible.- The freezer/my fresh choice door shelves aren't very big. So happy with purchase. The ice and water dispenser is instant. The fridge is huge and the freezer Wotan all draws is awesome. The black is so much easier to keep clean than stainless.

Good guys didnt want anything to do with replacing or fixing our fridge freezer even tho it only just got delivered . They even gave us the Hisense number to phone ourselves to get our brand new (delivered and fitted fridge by themselves) fridge freezer fixed .still after 2 weeks and a very noisey fridge freezer (fan is broken) thats keeps everyone awake at night no one has come out to fix it . Very poor costumer service on both sides.

I love the sleak design on the outside. As soon as you open the doors it screams fancy. Dark grey interior with bright white LED lights. Water and ice work as intended.Overall, great purchase.
Its been a wonderful experience so far. It is specious and black interior looks stunning. Water dispenser and ice maker works like a charm. Requires plumbing that is worth it, removes the need to fill the tank every few hours. Perfect summer gift. Other brands cost as twice with similar features.
Fridge is good the ice cubes vs crushed not fab but does the job makes life easier. Love the interior find the doors a bit heavier than Im use to. Paid at least $300 more than we should have sales person as usual scammed us as next day it was $300 off and we bought it like 10 mins before close. Dont rush into anything ever!

We bought it cash on August 29 th with an estimated delivery date of 30 November. We cancelled that date as our new residence wasnt finished. They tried to deliver it on 30 November to our old residence and called me to ask why I wasnt home. Called into the store the next day and was told that yes the paperwork indicated that delivery had been cancelled, but it appeared that the delivery personnel were not informed. I told them at the store at that time that I wanted delivery on the !6th of December at my new address. Was informed that was fine. Considering both my husband and I were there to purchase the salesman knew we were elderly, what did he expect would happen if it was only just delivered Not happy!
A few teething problems with a leaking internal filter and ice maker stopped producing ice. Leak was an easy fix with slight adjustment to fitting. Ice maker appeared to be struggling with an external water filter system fitted with a pressure reducing valve feeding the fridge freezers water supply. Once issues fixed I am very happy with unit. Be prepared to hear the ice machine dropping ice cubes into the holding tray, can sound like a bowling alley when the holding tray has recently been emptied.
We have had this fridge for a year and overall it is good. The door is a bit of an issue and often doesn't close properly but happy to work around this. However the water dispenser started to run very slowly, and when we researched a fix it mentioned replacing the water filter. Thought this would be an easy fix but no one has a replacement filter. Harvey Norman doesn't have them and the sales staff gave us a flyer for an online site who doesn't have them, and no one else online has them either. Decided to ask Hisense who we could source them from and they said to go back to Harvey Norman and they don't sell them direct. Stick to a bigger brand so when something doesn't work you can get it repaired and decent customer service.
Absolutely love the fridge, great buy. Plenty of storage capacity. Ideal for the medium sized family. Sleek and elegant this fridge is certainly a centre piece in my new butlers pantry. Would highly recommend.
