I was initially disappointed as the dishes were still coming out dirty after a 1-2 hour cycle but now I know what to use Im ok with it for the price. I prefer a cutlery basket than the draw. I also cant wash tall glasses in the top rack as Ive had to adjust height for dinner plates on the bottom so not impressed with the I internal racks & heights. Love the front panel & touch buttons very nice. So average dishwasher and ok for price.

Its a good quality for the value. The only con is that the buttons are too sensible. As it is located under the kitchen bench, many times our legs touch the buttons without our intent. The lock feature doesn't lock the power button, so we turn it off in the middle of a wash sometimes.But its a good product, cleans well, and JB staff were very good and installed the product, taking away the old one and cardboards.

It was easy to install. Just remember to find ALL of the twist ties holding the racks together. I missed a couple to start with! The one hour wash cycle is perfect for lightly soiled dishes. The top drawer is height adjustable which allows larger dinner plates to fit on the bottom rack. The cutlery drawer right at the top frees up plenty of space on the bottom drawer.

Bottom Drawer always gets stuck pushing the basket in and out. Not smooth at all. Really disappointed to be honest.Top tray is fiddley to lower and heighten too. Nothing is seamless with this dishwasher and we have had varying brands. Some times it pays to spend a couple of hundred more to get a quality.
The unit operates efficiently, but I have some annoyances re its operation. In the description of the product and the manual, it states that it had a 30 minute cycle. As our old dishwashers had a 30 minute cycle we thought that this would be the same, but NO, the 30 minute cycle on this unit is just like a rinse cycle. It does sort of wash but there is no drying of dishes inside on completion of cycle. So we are forced to use the one hour cycle with extra drying time as without the extra drying time the dishes are still damp on completion of the cycle. The fact that the 30 minute cycle is not actually a complete washing cycle, should be annotated either in the description or in the manual. This dishwasher has everything. A cutlery drawer, that saves space for more plates or dishes or pots on pans in the bottom basket a movable top basket for high cups which I have & glasses & larger dinner plates on the bottom basket. This dishwasher also has ( that I use all the time) fold down plate holder spikes for my stainless steel pots that come out sparkling, & oily plastic containers that dont melt on the bottom basket by the way. Its also quieter than its expensive opposition, & the drying process is brilliantly waterless after finishing & its highly rated for power & water! I love it.
The top basket is pretty useless. Glasses and cups fall over, there is a lot of wasted space. Would be better used on the lower basket adjustment but if i lower it then the spinning arm hits plates stacked in bottom drawer, and my plates aren't even big. Drying plastics is awful. Its very quiet running, has a good energy rating. I purchased at a good price, so accept the good with the bad.
Well priced.Appears to be rather cheaply made, but does the job and is quiet- however what previous (unreliable)dishwasher took 1 hour to do, this one takes 2 hours! Biggest problem is that the rear wheels on the bottom drawer are fractionally too far apart making it very difficult to push the drawer in, especially when loaded. Will be raising this as a warranty issue.
I'm pretty disappointed, after reading the reviews I expected more.We've had drainage issues resulting in E1 error every 4 or so washes. Despite rinsing before putting dishes in we still get residue left on plates and glasses, even the door gets residue on it.I regret replacing our old bosch with this, as even at 8 years old it did a better job

Having recently purchased a Hisense side-by-side refrigerator, and being very happy with that, we thought we'd give this one a go. Big mistake! Yes, it had very big shoes to fill and fair enough, it was a quarter of the price of the Miele, but did it even come close NO! Everything about this dishwasher has left us regretting the purchase. From the flimsy construction, to the control panel, it screams "cheap". The controls are irritating, to say the least.
