The drain pump failed after a few days and was throwing the error code F21. Good Guys allowed me to get a different washing machine by paying the difference. I got a Fisher and Paykel and the machine has been working perfectly since.

This machine works very well. It's water/power efficient. I love the little happy song it sings when it's finished a wash cycle. (The App needs some work to be more user-friendly, but I don't really need my washing machine to message me on every cycle.)

I ordered this to replace a front loader that has been great for a good few years. The price was OK, and I believed ot had a 30 min wash, it does but you cannot put it on the fastest spin, which is my go to for all my washes bar bedding etc. This is annoying and I have to spin afterwards as well, so in reality it's not a 30 min wash.

Easy to use machine. That is quiet and washes well. Unbalanced once with two large dog beds only in the machine but it finished the load, so didn't cause an issue. Notifications go through to my phone perfectly.
I've never had a heat pump dryer before and I understand it's appeal....no wet walls which has been my experience of dryers in the past. Plus, this size is brilliant for fitting towels and sheets. Definitely recommend... I've only had it a few weeks, so it runs like a dream. No problems or concerns. It's great that there's an option for collecting or surrendering the residual water. I've been using it on my plants as I use SLS free detergents.
Purchased a washing machine . I purchased the washing machine and was advised someone will be taking the old washing machine i had and installing the new one. Upon installation of washing machine the new washing machine was not working. I called the Good Guys and they transferred me to one million departments having to explain myself that upon receiving the washing machine it was NOT working. They sent someone out to check installation. The installation guy said it was installed correctly. Then the Good Guys organised for another washing machine to be delivered.. So at this stage there is two days of waste of time money and stress of dealing with this after my old washing machine was not working for a week. I ended up being so stressed and devastated as this was time off my work to deal with the incompetency of service received by the good guys who could not install the washing machine correctly. . i ended up installing it correctly and it was because the hose was bent that the washing machine would not complete the cycle and wash. So far the washing machine is doing well but my experience in dealing with this was far from good. When you pay in cash for a washing machine you expect service and service you did not provide! So much for being called the Good Guys as in this case it was far from good!
This washing machine is exactly what I was looking for. It has many wash choices as well as auto with wash times starting from 15 minutes to well over 3 hours. I mainly use auto but when selecting a specific wash I sometimes also use the quicker button to reduce the time. Great machine for the price.
I like the appearance of the machine. With the oversized looking door that seems to be the trend now. SFaily quiet. traight forward operations with a cycle to suit pretty much any load. As well as the ability to customise each cycle with extra spin or pre wash etc. All in all a decent product for the price.
Really love my new Hisense washing machine. Has an auto cycle which is awesome, it does take a long time depending on load size.Really loving the baby care function which steams as well.
I love it. Mind you, my last one was 20 years old but this one washes so well. I mostly use the sportswear tab which is just an hour and it washes everything beautifully. Very happy over all.
