We were sent a dryer with manufacturing defect as confirmed by the technician. Delivery and communication with AO was great but Hisense took more than two weeks to respond and attend and finally resolved the issue.

We have never heard of a heat pump dryer before but after using it I wouldn’t buy anything else a little more expensive but worth it doesn’t heat up the garage like the conventional one did it was like sauna great dryer

Amazing machine 9 stars power rating and quiet. conected to my phone via bluetooth
The Hisense is a Chinese brand that had every feature I wanted. 9 Kg capacity, 9 Star energy rating, 3 year warranty, easy to clean filter, a separate filter for the heat pump inlet - rather than having to vacuum the vanes, so much easier to keep clean, reverse spin so sheets don't get tangled and it includes a hose so I can drain the condensed water into a watering can. It is also very well priced!
